Titleholders in Lincoln City (Titleholders continued from front page)
gold in the 5, 6, & 7 s bracket, and competing against the league s highest ranked players for his share of prize money totaling $1000, he deserves a round of applause. Ken Morano and Scott Dao took first in the Scotch Doubles. As always, the team events took center stage. Every team playing were already winners, having placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in their local divisions; and now all were ready to earn the title, Best of the Best . Congratulations to all the winners! Nobody was going down easily, and every winning team had to fight hard for their cash and Titleholders trophies - and at a height of almost six feet, the trophies were a prize in themselves.
