Cam Boyd is a broker and former owner of Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty. With over 33 years of experience in all aspects of Steamboat real estate, he has worked with more Buyers and Sellers than any agent in the Yampa Valley. Cam has partnered with real estate professional, Ben Berend, and together they built a specialized team of professionals that make the process of buying or selling real estate a fun and easy process. The marketing team is made up of Josh Cook and Alexa Struss. They will make sure each unit receives the exposure and advertising it deserves during the selling process. Shelly Wu has closed hundreds of transactions both here, and in her previous career as a closing agent at a local title company.

The team’s digital specialist, Josh Cook, will build a website for the development. The website will inlcude the following items:

• Location - Help people become familiar with the Mountain and Ski area and any available nearby ammenities.

• Interior FInishes - Blueprints and interior design specs provided by the architect

• Floorplans - Renderings to better help interested buyers

• Interactive Elements - 3D renderings

• Gallery - Photo collection available

• Blog & Updates Form - Updates on building, construction, and the sale of the townhomes will be found here. For those interested in the purchase of a townhome can fill out a form to recieve email updates.

• Contact and Resources - Contact information and fillable form for interested buyers to complete. All resources available, such as HOA documents.

Press Release

The Boyd and Berend Group’s marketing team will send a press release to the local paper for the initial announcement of the project, mid-project updates, and for the completion of the build. Press releases will help to accomplish the following goals:

Photography & Videography

Photographs and videos will be taken of the building and the individual units for sale by a local photographer with experience in residential and commercial properties.

We want to help future residents picture their lives in the development and emphasize the convenience and luxury you will experience. To do this, we will produce a “lifestyle video.” This video will not only capture the pristine qualities of the building, but it will also feature people walking the up to the Ski Resort, boarding the free city bus, admiring the views, and enjoying the many activities Steamboat has to offer.

Property Information Folder

A property presentation folder will be professionally printed and distributed to interested buyers and agents. The folder will include a location map, site map, price list, photos, and features list.

Email Marketing

It is essential to keep interested buyers up-to-date on the building process, available townhomes, and how they can view them. Once someone signs up through the website, they will receive emails with more information on the development and frequent updates.

Email updates will be sent out by The Boyd Berend Group’s marketing team using Rezora.

QR Code

The Boyd and Berend Group uses QR codes to replace property brochure boxes and create a convenient option for people on the go. QR codes are an environmentally friendly alternative and utilize modern-day technology.

The marketing team will create a QR code for the property. This will require scanners to fill out their basic information for more details and access to the property website.

QR codes are placed on signage, property brochures, and digital and print advertisements.

Logo

We will design a custom logo to be used on any promotional and marketing material, the website, letterhead, and signage. The Boyd and Berend Group’s marketing team will create this logo and a list of brand standards.

A custom sign will be placed in the front of the buildings and with visibility by cars driving down Walton Creek.. Custom signage will contain the logo, point of contact, and and a sketch of the building.

Complete virtual tours of our properties are posted to the site for more exposure and a collaboritve search tool allows prospective buyers to share your property details with friends & family.
