Cam is a broker and former co-owner of Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty, offering over 35 years of experience in all aspects of Steamboat Springs real estate. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Cam moved to Steamboat Springs in 1985 and worked as a ski instructor while he also began his career in Real Estate. Combined with his love of skiing was his lifetime passion of ice hockey which led him to help Steamboat Springs build their indoor ice arena at Howelsen Hill. He continues to devote time to coach youth hockey and is a regular player in the town’s adult leagues. His love of the outdoors encompasses all seasons with Nordic skiing, bicycling, hiking and fishing. Cam has been an active member of the Steamboat Rotary Club now for over 20 years and has been a board member on countless committees and fundraisers.

BEN BEREND
Born and raised in Steamboat Springs, Ben spent his childhood at Howelsen Hill dreaming of someday competing in the Winter Olympics. He realized that dream by representing the United States in the 2018 Winter Olympics, becoming one of 100 Olympians from Steamboat Springs dating back to 1932. Ben believes in learning from the best, which is why he returned to Steamboat Springs and joined forces with Cam Boyd – former co-owner of Steamboat Sotheby’s and one of the highest producing agents in the country. Together, Cam and Ben lead a team focused on luxury real estate and earning sellers top dollar for their properties. Ben was elected to the Parks and Recreation Commission in 2021, where he continues to serve. He also volunteers as a ski coach at the Winter Sports Club and leads Olympic Heritage Tours for the local Tread of Pioneers Museum. Outside of work, Ben is known for his grand adventures and multi-sport days on his bikes, skis, paddleboard, etc.
