We report on banked units, predicted grades, workethic, attendance and punctuality. At key times in the study programme we also report on the development of ScreenSkills WRySE competencies, progress with university/work applications, and the competition of work placements.
During the first year, parents/carers will be invited to a ‘settling in’ evening during the autumn term followed by a progress review evening in the spring term.
Although you won’t be in lessons/workshops all day, you’re expected to work on projects and studies full-time. Part-time jobs must not interfere with the academy day. Additional subjects, placements, andindustryqualificationsareusuallyscheduledaroundyourmainpathway.
