According to a recent Zillow survey, one in five homeowners has plans to sell their homes in the next three years, and this sentiment appears to resonate with Sun City homeowners. Presently, there are 93 homes on the market in Sun City, marking a significant 58% increase compared to the same period last year. This means there's a healthy supply of homes for buyers to choose from, allowing for negotiations on terms with sellers. Sellers, on the other hand, are still holding onto significant gains accrued over the past several years.
