Scouting Report

GAME PREVIEW: Benedictine advanced to the AAAA semifinals with a 48-13 win over Riverdale. This is the fourth time the Cadets have made it to the Final Four since 2013. BC’s offense has succeeded all season with a balance of run and pass. Holden Geriner has thrown for almost 2,500 yards with 23 touchdowns. LeShon Brooks and Justin Thomas lead the ground game with Thomas also being the second-leading receiver on the team and accounting for 22 total TDs. Trent Broadnax, who signed with Duke, is the leading receiver with 58 catches and 14 TDs. The defense had maybe its best game in the quarterfinals. The front seven pressured the quarterback most of the night and Bryce Baker, Holden Sapp, and Thomas all came up with interceptions. BC is attempting to advance to the state championship game for the first time since 2016.

COACHING STAFF

Jefferson advanced to the Final Four with a win over Carver-Columbus. Since Kevin Prisant: Asst. Head Coach, Def.
