This year, five awards based on five main themes were presented. The themes were: 1) board policy; 2) board members; 3) board structure; 4) board performance; 5) board meeting based on policy (form) and a concrete implementation (substance) to reflect board quality . The decision was checked and approved by PricewaterhouseCoopers, a leading consultancy firm.
