Cook President, Alachua County Chapter It is a sincere pleasure to welcome you to “Breakfast For Madame� as the Alachua County Chapter celebrates the accomplishments of our lovely Charm Teens. Congratulations to parents and grandparents for the supportive home environments that you are providing and the spiritual foundations that you are establishing. It has been a joy to interact and form relationships with each Charm Teen. The members of the Alachua County Chapter join you in being exceptionally proud of them. Teens, continue to interact positively with your parents, siblings, peers and adults. The impact that you have on others will be remembered throughout your life. Embrace your charismatic personalities with poise and confidence. These qualities will assist you in establishing a reputation that will complement you as you accomplish your aspirations. Remaining focused to achieve the goals established by you and your parents may be tough. I realize that balancing academic, social, athletic and performing arts responsibilities to maintain a high standard of achievement is a challenge, but always remember that dedication, consistency and faith will anchor you as you navigate your way along the path of life while experiencing numerous successes. On behalf of the Alachua County Chapter, we sincerely appreciate the financial support that you have provided to our organization. The Charmettes, Incorporated is a national, notfor-profit organization whose major goals are to support cancer research and university/ college scholarship awards. For decades our chapter has provided funds for cancer research, educational scholarships, and resources to programs in the community to assist those in need, especially students. 2015 Miss Charm Teen
Carlee La’Sheil Ellerbe
I am Carlee La’Sheil Ellerbe. I’m a native of Gainesville, Florida, and the proud daughter of Anterria (Terrie) Ellerbe and the late Willie Carlos Ellerbe. Currently, I attend Santa Fe High School as a 10th grade student and have received awards as an honor student. This year, I am a member of Santa Fe’s debate team and won my first debate in the category of Oratory Orientations, this past December. It was a great accomplishment. I am also an athlete on the varsity track team and the girl’s varsity soccer team, for which we have won districts for the past four years. I’m an active member of Santa Fe High School’s Pre-Collegiate Club where I have had the opportunity to tour several state colleges and universities. It has been an honor being Miss Charm Teen for 2015-2016. As Miss Charm Teen, I continued to volunteer in the community, work with youth and travel with my church’s teen group to bible camps. Recently, I became the makeup artist for a local dance team, which I enjoy doing very much. I would like to thank The Charmettes, for this wonderful opportunity as Miss Charm Teen. I would also like to wish each of the Miss Charm Teen contestants much success as you work diligently towards your future goals. Remember to reach for the stars and always believe in yourself.
