Gerçekçi sonuçlar almak amacıyla sistemin tüm denemeleri piyasa şartları göz önüne alınarak kontaminasyon oranı yüksek yerli ve ithal pamuklar ile yapılmıştır. Böylece iplikte bulunan en ufak hatalar dahi sorun olmaktan çıkmaktadır. P2 sensörünün güncel Zenit C serisi ile birlikte daha eski Zenit ve Zenit B temizleyicilere de takılabilmesi bu yenilikten eski makine sahibi işletmelerinde faydalanabilmesini sağlar. Open End iplikçilikte daha fazlası YarnMaster® 3N1 ile open end makinelerinde de güvenilir kalite kontrolü yanında renkli yabancı elyaf ve polipropilen temizliği de mevcuttur. Mevcut sistem 1980’lerden buyana tüm dünyada 2 milyon adetten fazla satılan, Barco firmasının geliştirdiği iplik temizleyicilerinin devamıdır. Mükemmel renk ölçümü 1991 yılında Dünya’nın ilk renk ayırıcılı temizleyicisini üreten firma, geçen yıllarda bu başarısını tescillemiş ve geliştirmiştir. Toplam 8 adet renkli led ile aydınlatılan ipliğin rengi, sistemin referansı olarak tanımlanır. Böylece ipliğin renginden farklı tüm kontaminasyonlar rahatlıkla görünür hale gelir. Bilindiği gibi renkli yabancı elyaf ayırımı doğal, sentetik, beyaz ve renkli ipliklerde kullanılabilir. Pamukta kendini yıllardır kanıtlamış olan sistem, özellikle renkli-boyanmış iplik üreticileri içinde büyük yenilikler getirir. Kullanılan sensör teknolojisi sayesinde farklı makine sarım hızları ile kesmelerde farklılıklar yaşanır. Esneklikle Üniversal optik ölçüm sensörleri ile donatılan Zenit C serisi, Ne 4 - Ne 320 gibi geniş bir aralıkta tüm kesik elyaf iplikleri aynı ölçüm kafasıyla kontrol edebilir. Ayrıca doğal veya sentetik, ham veya boyalı iplik, farklı bağlama metotları da yine aynı ölçüm kafaları ile kontrol edilebilir. Böylece işletmelerin farklı iplikler için farklı yoklama kafası seçme ihtiyacı ortadan kaldırılmıştır. İşletmelerin tek yapması gereken, istenen kaliteye yönelik fonksiyona sahip sistemi seçmektir. The colour of the yarn lightened with total 8 colour leds, is defined as the reference of the system. Thus all contaminations different from the yarn’s colour become easily visible. Colour foreign fiber separation can be used in natural, synthetic, white and colour yarns. The system proved itself for years in cotton brings significant innovations especially for colour-dyed yarn producers. Thanks to the sensor technology used, differences are not seen in cutting with different machine winding speeds. Meet flexibility Equipped with universal optical measurement sensors, Zenit C series can control all staple yarns with the same measurement head in a wide range of Ne 4 - Ne 320. Moreover natural or synthetic, raw or dyed yarns, different tying methods can be controlled with the same measurement head. Thus the enterprises’ need of choosing different inspection heads for different yarns is eliminated. The only thing the enterprises should do is to choose the system with the function for the desired quality. Thanks to the modular structure, additional functions can be added to Zenit cleaners later. In addition, with the function of cleaning according to classes, cleaning can be performed in fantasy/shantung yarns. Practical usage with the new user interface While LZE III central units works properly under difficult conditions with their robust structure, more detailed information provided about the yarn facilitates the work of the users.
