Extensive – Most popular type of green roof as it is lightweight and relatively low maintenance. Soil depth is approximately 3-6” and weight is between 17-35 lbs. per sq. ft.

Semi-Intensive – Fun alternate to the basic extensive with slightly more flexibility.

Additional soil berms added to allow for greater diversity of plant heights and texture.
