LEADERS IN MOTORSPORT
BELIEVE AND ACHIEVE

FOREWORD
We’re all about achieving the unexpected.
Year after year, we disrupt the status quo, we break new barriers and we help people reach achievements they will be proud of for a lifetime.
From our roots as a small karting charity supporting injured troops, to our status today as a world-leader in disability motorsport and a competitive, championship winning racing team, our values and our mission have remained the same.
Our vision is to support, inspire and motivate people facing physical and psychological challenges by demonstrating what can be achieved through motorsport. And this is what we’re doing year on year.
Our proudest moments don’t always come from lifting a trophy.
We’re equally as proud when we are visited by a young person in the paddock who’s eyes light up when they see what they could do as a disabled person, or when we watch our rookie drivers experience the thrill of the track for the very first time.
These moments and these achievements are only possible with the network of supporters that make our vision a reality for us and for the people we support and inspire.
We can’t wait for what’s next – join us on the journey.

AARON
MORGAN
Paraplegic

“I was only 15 when I broke my spine, so I’ve now spent more of my life in a wheelchair than out of a wheelchair. People expect me to say that when it happened I lost all hope and gave up. Of course it was hard, but I have honestly always looked at the positives – I could have died that day and I didn’t.
“Instead, it’s given me opportunities I would never have had before, and Team BRIT has opened doors that have led to the most incredible things.
“When I get out of my wheelchair and leave it in the pits to go out on track – it’s like I’m leaving my disability behind and driving away from the paralysis. Everyone else on that track doesn’t care that I can’t move my legs – they just want to beat me and I want to beat them.
“I’m empowered, I’m seen in exactly the same way, and I have the same chances as everyone else. What could be better than that?”

PAUL
FULLICK
Amputee
“My disability is a result of a fairly recent accident, so something I’ve had to adapt to and come to terms with. I’m not someone to give up or see the negative in situations, so I’ve quickly worked to make my life as positive and action packed as it always has been!
“I was back on my motorbike just days after leaving hospital minus one of my legs! And when I contacted Team BRIT to find out about what they could offer, I was at the HQ and trying out the hand controls within a week.
“The stories I can tell and the experiences I’ve gained after just one season of racing with the team, are pretty hard for anyone to imagine. I honestly can’t explain the fun, the excitement and the intense competition the team has provided. I just love it.”

BOBBY TRUNDLEY
Autistic
“When you’re autistic, the whole world is quite difficult and overwhelming and that’s really hard for anyone who doesn’t have the condition to understand. I’ve been dealing with ‘mental overloads’ for as long as I can remember and the anxiety I experience can be all consuming. Even holding eye contact with people is pretty much impossible for me.
“The one place all of that goes away is in a racing car. When I put my helmet on, my autism disappears and I experience calm and quiet that is never part of daily life for me. I honestly believe it’s a huge advantage to me on the race track. I focus in a way that a lot of other people can’t, and I call it my super power.
“Team BRIT has made this a part of who I am. I’m driving a McLaren GT4 across Europe, I have a full time job and I’m growing in confidence every day. It has been life changing.”

ASHA SILVA
Autistic
“You wouldn’t look at me and think I have a disability. The truth is I’ve been battling for years with a condition that so many people just put up with and never confront.
“I have ADHD and autism which wasn’t diagnosed until I was in my 30s. Although it meant I knew there was something ‘wrong’ with me, it was also an answer to the frustration I’ve faced for as long as I can remember when I’m trying to simply live my life.
“Functioning at work, maintaining a strong and healthy relationship with my wife – all of it felt more difficult than it should be and now I know why. I’ve started working on a plan to deal with this, and racing is at the heart. I’ve never felt such passion, drive and determination to succeed. It’s lifted me and propelled me into a whole new world that I would never have thought was open to me.”

NOAH COSBY
Paraplegic
“Everything that made me who I was, that formed my personality, was taken away from me when I couldn’t walk anymore. I was 16 – I knew I was going somewhere really exciting with a career as a motocross freestyler, and skateboarding was my life. Then it was all gone.
“I was watching my friends having the life I should have had, stuck in my wheelchair.
“Being offered the chance to race with Team BRIT was a turning point beyond anything I can describe. The first time I drove on a race track, it was the most exhilarating feeling and I knew it could fill the gap in my life when I lost my riding and skateboarding.
“It’s given part of who I am, back to me, and the impact it’s made on my confidence and mental health is hard to describe.”
www.teambrit.co.uk/drivers/noah-cosby

CALEB McDUFF
“I was really young when I lost my hearing, so it’s all I’ve ever really known and I’ve spent my life having to adapt to do the things I want to do.
“Racing has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I just got used to doing it in silence. It was too difficult in the series I was racing in to wear my implants, they would hurt under the helmet, and because there were no required pit comms, this worked.
“Meeting Team BRIT was a massive gamechanger. They wanted to find a better solution for me and other disabled drivers, so now know I can hear everything during a race. I can’t believe the difference this has made, hearing the engine and what is around me, shows that I wasn’t on a level playing field before. I want to be the first Deaf F1 driver and Team BRIT’s support and technology means I believe this could happen more than ever before.”

MEDIA REACH
“Team BRIT is now 9 years old, but year after year we attract considerable interest from the media because of our unique and incredible story.
“We may be one of the smallest teams in the paddock, but we have the biggest family of supporters and one of the biggest media reaches in comparison to teams in our championships.
“There’s a really clear reason for that – we are FULL of unique and inspirational stories that journalists know people want to hear about. From the individual back story of every driver, to the story of our technology and how it has become the enabler in our sport, and to the relentless determination of the team’s ambition – we make good content!
“BBC and ITV film crews are regular visitors to our race weekends, and we’re proud to have been the subject of TV features and documentaries. Our sponsors and supporters share in this exposure and we’re proud to have their logo displayed across our drivers and cars.”

RACING IN 2025
In 2025 we will focus on a core programme for 6 of our drivers in our 2 x McLaren GT4s and BMW M240i in the revamped Britcar Endurance Championship.
Our BMW 1 series will be used for other one-off and special races, and for our aspiring rookie drivers as part of our racing academy.
Our season starts with pre-season testing in Portimão Portugal in late February before a busy season of racing commences in April and runs through to a special night race in November at Brands Hatch.

RACING TOWARDS LE MANS
Since our inception in 2015, our long-term goal has been to become the first ever all-disabled team to race in the Le Mans 24 hour. With every year and every new championship, we move closer to our dream.

Le Mans is the epitome of world-class endurance racing and it’s where we belong. With the right support, belief, and unerring determination, we will get there and make history in doing so.
In 2019, we were lucky enough to get on the famous ‘Circuit de la Sarthe’ for the first time, competing in the Aston Martin Le Mans Festival.
RACING PLAN

TEAM BRIT ACADEMY
Our Racing Academy is key to our team, and is the entry point for any disabled driver that wants to experience the world of racing. We’ll be offering track day experiences for any disabled driver with a full UK driving licence. Their time with our team includes hot laps as a passenger around an iconic UK track, coaching with our experienced driver / coaches, time on our top-of the range simulator, a chance to drive our BMW around the track themselves and data analysis of their performance.
NEW FOR 2025
New for 2025, our youth academy will welcome young people to the track, with a tailored programme of karting coaching, mentoring, a visit to Team BRIT HQ and access behind the scenes at a Team BRIT race.

LGBTQ+ & ETHNIC MINORITIES
One third of our team is from the LBGTQ+ community and a third are from ethnic minorities. There are no barriers to entry in motorsport - it’s not about your race, religion or gender.
ASHA SILVA
“I’m gay, I’m neurodiverse and I’m Asian! Team BRIT gave me a chance and welcomed me with open arms… #micdrop”
ANJI SILVA
“Not only is Team BRIT all about inclusion when it comes to having a disability, they opened their arms to a wife & wife paring who faced their own issues with being gay and disabled, making Team BRIT a family within the motorsport community.”
PAUL FULLICK
“Being gay has absolutely nothing to do with racing, but everything to do with how you fit in with your team. Your team mates are everything in racing so when they accept you for who you are it means the world.”

THERE ARE NO BARRIERS TO ENTRY IN MOTORSPORT
SUSTAINABILITYOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE YET
At the beginning of 2024, we announced a partnership with Tunley Environmental – a leading environmental consultancy, in our efforts to lead the way in sustainability in motorsport.
They’ll be producing our ‘Net Zero Roadmap’ based on a Business Carbon Assessment (BCA), outlining our carbon footprint, and creating a plan to reduce our carbon output. To do this, they’ll also measure the impact of one of our cars, by a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of our BMW 240i, identifying its carbon impact, ways to reduce it and potential ways to achieve carbon neutrality across the fleet. The BMW was salvaged from the scrapyard in 2022 and re-built to become the competitive racing car it is today.
Our impact on the green agenda has been part of our thinking for some time now. Motorsport is not a ‘green’ activity, there’s no hiding that, but we know there are changes that can be made and major progress that is possible if we do it the right way.
This isn’t just important for us, it’s important for every race team out there. We truly believe you don’t need to have F1-sized budgets to take this seriously. We’re a small team, but we have big ambitions in everything we do. These ambitions apply to this project in the same way as they do to our racing. We’ll make progress, we’ll see change, and we’ll do everything we can to share what we’ve learned, right across our sector.

NEW WORKSHOP
After 5 fantastic years at Dunsfold Park and enjoying use of the Top Gear Track, we simply outgrew the space.
In October 2023 we moved to a much larger unit and gave our Engineering Director, Al Locke, carte blanche to create his new laboratory.
With support from our partners bott, RS, CDW and JCC, he has impressed beyond all expectations.
ENGAGING CUSTOMERS & STAFF
For a partnership to be successful it is important that it is supported by your customers, suppliers and staff.
We work with our partners to ensure we can deliver affordable exciting opportunities.
Our trackside hospitality is affordable, compliance friendly and delivers a full day of family friendly racing fun.
We can even arrange for your VIP guests to receive hot laps in our McLaren.

A POWERFUL PARTNERSHIP IN PRACTICE
Since launching the Team BRIT / Motability partnership in January 2024, the collaboration has gone from strength to strength, achieving a number of shared positive outcomes.

By sponsoring a driver (Noah Cosby), alongside wider sponsorship of the team, Motability has been able to capitalise on a range of content opportunities for diverse audiences, engaged staff and customers, whilst also being directly responsible for the ongoing development and success of a young and aspiring disabled racing driver. The aims, objectives and ethos of the two brands align perfectly, which has been reflected in the success of a number of activation events and opportunities, alongside the high engagement rates linked to shared social media and media activity.
KEY ACTIVATIONS:
• Launch event at TB HQ with local media invited
• Bespoke Motability-branded content captured at Portimao during winter testing
• Drivers and sim visit Motability HQ to engage with staff
• Team BRIT input and exhibition at Motability flagship event ‘the Big Event’
• Motability staff and partners visited Silverstone for VIP hospitality during a race weekend
• Motability staff and partners entered a team in the annual Team BRIT karting event
• Motability funded a bespoke, hand-painted crash helmet for Noah, resulting in highly engaging social content

CASE STUDY: TUNLEY ENVIRONMENTAL
To launch their new partnership with the team, Tunley Environmental made full use of their content rights, working in partnership with our media team to create bespoke digital assets.
By commissioning Team BRIT’s media team to capture creative content during Winter testing in Portimao, a wealth of footage was captured to suit their specific requirements.
The Tunley team then added additional content secured at a launch event in London to further personalise their video.
Each package provides rights to produce content such as this, or you can commission our team of experts to do this for you. This is the perfect example of a blend of both.
INSPIRING THE NEXT GENERATION
Our purpose isn’t just to win races. It’s to make a difference, to inspire others, and to show people what’s possible with the right support, belief and determination.
A big part of what we do is focused on engaging with young people, inviting them to our workshop to learn more about career opportunities in motorsport and to hear about our drivers and team, or visiting schools to showcase our cars and technology, and to tell the stories of our drivers’ achievements.
In 2024 we hosted groups of young people for tours and interactive activities at our HQ as part of the work of the King’s Trust, and we’ve visited the schools of drivers Noah Cosby and Bobby Trundley. We also regularly welcome young people and their families to our garage on race weekends for some behind the scenes access.
