Something new Neighborhoods WESLYN PARK Located on the north side of Cyrils Drive, this neighborhood is designed to bring people together with nature and the neighbors. In Weslyn Park, the first phase of the Sunbridge trail network connects to acres of open space, playgrounds, a neighborhood pool, a community garden and stretches of Florida nature. The first phases of Weslyn Park include 1,000 single-family homes and townhomes inspired by true Florida architecture from a variety of homebuilders starting in the $400s. What this means for day-today living is a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces and a street scene filled with beauty and variety, all supported by 10G fiber-to-the-home services that reflect a vision of a future-ready, efficient and connected community. Weslyn Park residents are planned to have access to a new amenity center in 2027, featuring a pool, meeting and event spaces and more, as well as a restaurant and bar open to the public.

DEL WEBB SUNBRIDGE Del Webb Sunbridge is a 55+ gated active adult neighborhood located on 700 acres south of Cyrils Drive. The neighborhood welcomed its first residents in summer 2020 and features a 27,000 sq. ft. amenity center, the Hammock Club, offering fitness classes, pool-side hammocks, a full-service tavern and event and meeting spaces. Del Webb Sunbridge offers a range of flexible, easyliving single-family homes and villas starting from the $300s.

We’ve already created more than two miles of fun, winding trails at Basecamp. And this is just the beginning of what will grow into miles of walkways, wide multiuse pathways and natural singletrack trails that stretch throughout Sunbridge.

EDUCATION

Nestled in the heart of Weslyn Park, Voyager K-8 welcomes students with a curriculum as forward-thinking as the community it serves. This “A”- rated Environmental STEM School, created in partnership with the Osceola County School District, is the highest performing K-8 in Osceola County—nurturing both curiosity and a deeper connection to the natural world around us.
