WESLYN PARK

Something new

Now open on the north side of Cyrils Drive, our newest neighborhood welcomed its first residents in 2022 and is designed to bring people together with nature and their neighbors.

The first phases of Weslyn Park include 1,000 single-family homes and townhomes inspired by true Florida architecture from a variety of homebuilders starting in the $400s. What this means for day-to-day living is a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces and a street scene filled with beauty and variety.

In Weslyn Park, the first phase of the Sunbridge trail network connects to acres of open space, playgrounds, a neighborhood pool, a community garden and big stretches of Florida nature. In future phases, residents will have access to a new amenity center along The Watershed featuring a pool, meeting and event spaces as well as opportunities for a restaurant and more.

DEL WEBB SUNBRIDGE

Del Webb Sunbridge is a 55+ gated active adult neighborhood located on 700 acres south of Cyrils Drive. The neighborhood welcomed its first residents in summer 2020 and recently opened its 27,000 sq. ft. amenity center, the Hammock Club, featuring fitness classes, poolside hammocks, a full-service tavern, and meeting and event spaces. Del Webb Sunbridge offers a range of flexible, easy-living single-family homes and villas starting from the high-$300s.

What's here and what's coming

TRAILS

We’ve already created two miles of fun, winding trails at Basecamp. And this is just the beginning of what will grow into miles of walkways, wide multiuse pathways and natural singletrack trails that stretch throughout Sunbridge.

EDUCATION

Our first school, Voyager K-8, is nestled within the Weslyn Park neighborhood and opens for the 2024-25 school year. In partnership with the Osceola County School District, Voyager K-8 is an Environmental STEM school educating students on the importance of sustainability and protecting natural resources.

BASECAMP

Now open on Cyrils Drive, Basecamp is a combination info center and activity hub designed to give visitors an immersive experience, indoors and out, and an early glimpse of life in Sunbridge.

Open Monday-Friday 9:30am5:30pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am-5pm.

THE WATERSHED

OUR MIXED-USE DISTRICT

We’re planning a magnetic destination where shops, cafés, homes and workplaces gather people, friends and families. And it’s here where you will be able to access the water or have a nice dinner with a good friend and a great waterfront view.

Coming to life on more than 27,000 acres in Central Florida between downtown Orlando and the Space Coast, Sunbridge is a regional, multi-decade initiative by Tavistock Development Company that embodies living in harmony with nature.

This ‘naturehood’ integrates more than 14,000 acres of lakes, oak hammocks and beautiful Florida landscape preserved in perpetuity and complemented by thousands of additional acres of adjacent protected land. Sunbridge connects homes, educational facilities, commerce, and recreational areas with a profound commitment to ecological stewardship, creating social gathering places that prioritize environmental care.
