B R A N D

I'm Cherisse Young, Greenville's premier Personal Brand Photographer, providing onbrand imagery for real estate agents who want to save time and scale their business through online marketing
I truly believe no market is oversaturated because there is only ONE YOU walking around on this planet Therefore, I'm passionate about supporting agents, like YOU, to tap into their full potential by showing up just as they are and providing valuable content to scale their business
Personally stepping outside my comfort zone and showing up as my true energetic, goofy self is what has grown my brand and business I'm all about helping agents build their own genuine brand through our fun, creative and organized photo sessions
When I take off my photographer hat, you'll find me snuggled up with my two long haired dachshunds, taking care of my brain and body, watching football with the hubs, or enjoying time spent with friends In every area of my life I love inspiring others to do anything they set their minds to!
Brand photography visually showcases your product, service, value, style & uniqueness to set you apart from the rest of the crowd.
It allows you to show others who you are, what you do who you serve, and why you do it It provides opportunity to build a community and, my personal favorite, to be fearlessly authentic.

Part of building a brand is having consistency across your website, social media and any other form of marketing you use (such as printed material, flyers, mailers, etc). If you have brand colors then you would definitely want to incor[orate those into your session If you don't have brand colors, stick to neutrals or colors that you can keep consistent throughout your marketing
Creating a mood board or vision board, is a great source of inspiration Pinterest is a fantastic tool to view, save and share ideas with your photographer
Just remember, the goal is not to replicate the exact image that you pin or save, but to inspire you for ideas on props, locations, what to wear, and the feeling and/or message you want to portray in your images.

Search for other branding photos other than just 'real estate branding photos'. The idea is to stand out from everyone else!
Resist from pinning 100's of images. Keep it simple to prevent feeling overwhelmed.
Here are some search terms you can use on Pinterest to get you started:

What you wear in your photos is a reflection of you and your brand Here is your chance to set the expectation of what you will look like when clients meet you for the first time or if they catch you out on the town Be true to who you are AND your style!
Choose 5-8 outfits for the shoot It's better to have too many options and not need a look than to wish you had brought it. Select outfits that are on-brand with your company branding for you business looks.
Be sure your outfits fit you properly Too tight or too big can look unflattering and sometimes even sloppy. Make life easy on yourself and choose outfits that where you can add a layer or remove for easy changing
Avoid wearing skinny straps over your shoulders if you are conscious about your arms in photos
If you wear glasses, choose non-reflective lenses or coating to avoid glare
Don't wear something you wouldn't normally wear to feel uncomfortable in just for the sake of having a photo in it!
While I'm always down for a shopping trip, it's not always necessary to go out and spend hundreds on new clothes for your session. You're a professional and chances are you have everything you need right in your own closet.
Where, Oh Where, Shall We Go? The possibilities are nearly endless Homes, office spaces, favorite coffee shop, a local park. Even car garages make for really good locations
In the end we want your location to do the following: showcase YOU and help share your story. Think outside the box here too. Do you know of someone that has the perfect location just for you?
Before you start brainstorming locations, I want you to envision what you want your images to look like. Then start writing down ideas you have here!
