TRI-CITY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL 2024/2025
We also gathered in March for our Racing Toward Tomorrow Gala, where more than 100 auction items, from luxury yacht excursions to a personal parking spot on campus, helped us raise over $250,000 in one unforgettable night. On Giving Tuesday, your generosity multiplied through a powerful $30,000 matching gift with additional employer matching, resulting in more than $60,000 in a single day. These moments reflect not just financial support but a vibrant community united in faith and purpose.
As you read this report, I hope you are encouraged by the eternal impact of your partnership. Together, we are building more than programs and facilities. We are shaping lives for His glory.
IN CHRIST,
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Because of your generosity, Tri-City Christian School has made remarkable progress in our multi-year campus safety and security initiative. Together, we are creating a safer, more secure environment where students can learn and grow with confidence.
In the first phase, your gifts allowed us to:
Renovate and strengthen the exterior campus fencing
Build a new guard booth
Launch a complete key fob system with the ability to shut down campus instantly in an emergency
In the second phase (2024–2025 school year), your support made it possible to:
Add interior fencing, creating an additional layer of safety inside the campus
Expand the network of security cameras, ensuring stronger monitoring across all areas
Install even more key fob locks to better control access throughout facilities
Fund an armed security guard, a vital presence we will now sustain into the future
A LAYERED APPR
We began by protecting our campus from outside threats. This year, thanks to you, we took the next step: building additional layers of protection inside our campus. This ensures that once someone enters, multiple safeguards are in place to protect our students and staff.
Your investment is not just in fences, cameras, or locks. You are protecting children, families, and teachers each day. You are giving peace of mind to every parent who entrusts their child to Tri-City Christian School.
Thank you for standing with us as we protect what matters most.

At Tri-City Christian School, tuition keeps the lights on, but philanthropy lights the way forward. Every donation expands programs, strengthens our staff, and transforms the student experience.
Our 2025 goal: 100% family participation Every gift — big or small — fuels lifechanging opportunities. Together, we can build on the legacy of generosity that defines TCCS.
The 2025 Annual Giving Campaign kicks off October 27th. This is your chance to be part of the next chapter in our story.

On Giving Tuesday 2024, generosity doubled at Tri-City Christian School thanks to the power of matching. A $30,000 matching challenge inspired donors to give boldly, and one family’s employer added an additional corporate match—bringing the total impact to more than $60,000 in a single day.
This is the power of matching gifts: every dollar given multiplies, making an even greater difference for our students and programs. We are deeply grateful for the families, employers, and ministry partners who came together to make Giving Tuesday 2024 a record-setting day of generosity.

In March 2025, our community came together for the Racing Toward Tomorrow Gala, a Kentucky Derby–themed evening filled with fellowship, fun, and generosity. Parents, grandparents, alumni, and friends of Tri-City Christian School gathered in support of our students and mission.
The night was a resounding success raising more than $250,000 to strengthen campus security, enhance student programs, and expand opportunities for every child at TCCS.
Guests enjoyed bidding on more than 100 auction items, ranging from luxury yacht experiences to unique student opportunities and a personal parking spot on campus.
Beyond the financial impact, the gala celebrated the heart of our community: families joining together with a shared commitment to Christ-centered education. From exciting auctions to the joy of seeing friends and supporters rally behind our vision, the gala was a testament to what we can achieve when we come together. Truly, it was a night of inspiration and momentum as we continue “racing toward tomorrow.”
TOTAL RAISED: $256,008 FOR SAFTEY & SECURITY

For more than 20 years, Debra Ryan has led the TCCS cheer program with a focus on Christian discipleship, shaping over 100 students each year into confident leaders in Christ. While her teams have earned many championships, her true legacy is a program where faith comes first.
A proud TCCS mom to Megan (’15), Chloe (’18), and Natalie (’22), Debra has mentored thousands of students and left an enduring mark of faith, excellence, and servant leadership. At our 2025 Gala, we were grateful to honor her two decades of faithful service to the Tri-City community.
“Debra Ryan leads with unwavering faith and grace What sets her apart is not just her excellence in leadership, but the way she disciples others through consistent prayer, Christ-like character, and a heart fully surrendered to the Lord. Her impact extends far beyond her teams, shaping a culture of faith and raising up spiritual champions for Christ across our campus ” -Kirk Huckabone, Head of School
