A message from
our Board
Our journey has been a winding path filled with scenic views highlighting our successes and our accomplishments. Like any journey, challenges have arisen, which at times have felt daunting. As people of faith and as an educational community, we continue to travel alongside one another preparing for the next adventure. Our Journey, Our Dream illustrates our commitment to our students, our staff, our dioceses and our community. The journey is our continued growth through learning while we chase our dreams in what we aspire to be. Jesus walked a path and travelled a journey like no other. Along the way, he listened and observed. He provided us with the fundamentals of goodness and wisdom to carry on, despite the path or the landscape. It is our commitment as a Board, to continue on this journey, travelling side by side guided by, truth, reconciliation, hope, love and faith. We are blessed to be on this path and dream together, with you.

Land
Acknowledgement The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board acknowledges we live and work on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg of Fort William First Nation and that we are treaty partners in the Robinson Superior 1850 Treaty area. We respect and honour the enduring presence and deep traditional knowledge, laws and philosophies of the Indigenous Peoples with whom we share this land today. As a Board, we move forward together, strengthening our commitment to truth and reconciliation. We will faithfully teach, empower and honour the students of the future, while honouring the memory of students of the past.
