Originally from France, owners Jean-Pierre Gallois and Yseult Bertic have more than 25 years of experience as professional Chocolatiers. Since opening in 2003, they have been creating fine chocolates and truffles using only high quality French chocolate couverture. No preservatives or artificial flavours are used and they incorporate such local Nova Scotian ingredients as icewine, port wine, berries, sea salt, maple syrup, honey, apples, seaweed and more. Their specialties include Berry Chocolate Bark, Crémeux des Salins, Acadie Folie, Nova Scotia Icewine Truffles and Croquantine d’Annapolis. Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market.
