Way to embody what Doin’ it CUSTOMER FOCUS is all about! When someone walks away from an right encounter with any Taplin employee, we want this to be the lasting impression we give them of our company and the kind of people who work here. While working in Livonia on the crossbore team, Ethan and Zach made a very positive impression on a citizen. Excellent customer service delivered. Customer said our crew did an exceptional job. Both of the gentleman answered all of her questions and were very professional. Especially Zach, whom she felt went above and beyond to keep her informed of what was going on. He moved her things out of the way and moved them back and made sure everything was cleaned up exceptionally well so she wanted to call and let someone know they did a great job. Said she normally doesn’t make phone calls like that but this deserved it, especially because she’s recovering from surgery and our crew made the process stress free for her.
