Site Context:

Our site is located within the English Avenue consisting of 44% vacant homes coupled with 4th highest burden of energy. The house is located on the intersection of James P Brawley drive and Dalvigney St NW.

Design Approach: Family Structures:

The design approach was a derived from a holistic analysis consisting of multiple site visits, talking to the members of the community and understanding the micro-climate of the site. In order to replicate the design and create a larger impact, our focus was adopting a triple bottom line approach catering to the environmental, social and economic

needs of the community. Single Person
