UDI Within [% Area] = 21.77, sDA = 23.43, ASE = 17.66% EUI breakdown analysis:

Baseline model - Energy Use Intensity (EUI) analysis

The existing EUI for the baseline model is 43.199 kBtu/sq.ft The type of HVAC system used is as follows:

Selection of top 3 iterations:

The selection of the top 3 iterations from the rest of the iterations was based on

obtaining higher UDI and sDA values and lower EUI and ASE values.

Proposed model - Daylighting analysis : Level 0

1. Across the board WWR West is the most sensitive parameter. 2. WWR East has a clearer influence in ASE. 3. Skylight Height has higher impact in UDI and sDA. 4. EUI is mainly affected by Wall U-value.

Proposed model - Daylighting analysis summary

From the daylighting analysis of UDI, sDA and ASE, the following values have been derived for the baseline model:

UDI Within [% Area] = 51.09, sDA = 55.35, ASE = 37.33% EUI breakdown analysis:

The existing EUI for the baseline model is 33.576 kBtu/sq.ft

To harness incident solar radiation, 80% of roof area is covered with PV panels which further reduces EUI value by 24.54 kBtu/sq.ft. The Final EUI value achieved is 9.036 kBtu/sq.ft.
