UMI energy analysis: UMI walkability analysis:

The baseline EUI calculated was 139. The parameters considered for reduction of EUI value are as follows:

Window to wall ratio (WWR) & shading mechanisms, Insulation type and thickness, Lighting power density (LPD), Equipment power density (EPD), Heating & Cooling setpoints, HVAC CoP (Co-efficient

of Performance) By incorporating the above paramaters a site EUI of 67 was achieved.

District Energy system diagram:

The site consists of a wide range of amenities like grocery shops, cafes, restaurants, shopping areas & entertainment zones well connected to the residential areas. A walk score and bike score of 90 has been achieved

making it a walkers and bikers paradise.
