WELCOME TO 2024 CSA - Week 10
(S) - Small Share, (M) - Medium Share, (L) - Large Share
This key indicates which share sizes get what produce. Different share sizes will often receive different produce.
We will vary what goes into the share each week to spread the bounty equitably to all members.
There are times when mother nature puts a kink in our plans, so while we can't guarantee that all of these items will be in your share, you can expect to see most of them and sometimes a few extras.
Add-on’s this week:
Bread - Pan Brioche, Mushrooms - Golden Oysters, Cheese, Coffee

Fusion Lettuce S,M,L
Pairs perfectly with Wise Acre’s Maple Red Wine Vinaigrette.

.Bell Pepper S
I love to grill and do stuffed peppers with grass fed beef

Basil S,M,L
The “Royal” Herb is KING of the pesto. Make it from scratch!

Chef Dan shares his Chili Honey glaze below. Easy & amazing.

Green Beans M,L
Sauté with bacon and a little butter for an out of this world side dish.
Chop it, sauté it, add soy sauce and top with a fried egg or two.

Zucchini S Mind blowing but true fact… Zucchini is a fruit!
One of my absolute favorites from Chef Rick Bayless.

Parsley L
Highly versatile! Adds a herbaceous flavor to almost any dish.
CSA classic recipe from the Wise Acre kitchen
Chef Dan of the Wise Acre Kitchen shares his insight and a recipe for carrots.
A classic Wise Acre dish served with many of our take home holiday meals.

Everybody knows carrots can be added to just about anything, but I personally love to eat carrots cooked in a delicious glaze.
To glaze carrots just cut them up and add to a pan with a little water, honey, spices and salt. Simmer until carrots are tender and liquid has reduced into a thick sauce. If the sauce is thick and the carrots aren’t done yet more water can be added.
