Client Screening

Enhance Your Client Screening

Record-Keeping

OSHA recordkeeping refers to the system used to track workplace injuries and work-related illnesses. Employers are responsible for maintaining detailed records.

Whose Responsible?

All employers are responsible.

Workplace injuries and work-related illnesses are documented on the OSHA 300 Log. The host employer (client) oversees the day-to-day work of temporary workers and is responsible for documenting any related injuries and illnesses. TalentLaunch is responsible for tracking and documenting network (internal) employees injuries and illnesses.

Emergency Preparedness Plan

Emergencies can happen unexpectedly!

Our Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP) establishes the basic guidelines for all reasonably foreseeable workplace emergencies. Every situation may involve unique circumstances.

Thoughtful actions based on a situational assessment are always required when responding to an emergency.

It is also important to note that emergency guidelines do not necessarily represent a sequential series of steps. Refer to your specific department or operating company guidelines.

Exposure Control Plan

Heat Illness Prevention Plan

The plan provides basic prevention steps for higherrisk situations, additional measures may be required. There are five (5) main elements:

Training

Monitor weather and workplace conditions

Conduct a heat hazard assessment

Implement heat illness prevention strategies

Plan for heat-related medical emergencies

Hazardous Communication Plan

The HazCom Work Instruction helps protect workers from harmful chemicals such as...

Household chemicals

Disinfectants

Glues

Paints

The Work Instruction also ensures employees: Know about the hazards of each chemical. How to use it safely.

What to do in case of an incident.

Be sure to check out the TL Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Index for a comprehensive list of chemicals used across our network.
