We are delighted to welcome you to our property in the beautiful PGA National community! We hope your time here is filled with comfort, relaxation, and memorable experiences. Please make yourselves at home this is your retreat for the duration of your stay, and we want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

We've put a great deal of thought and care into creating a clean, warm, and inviting space, and we ask that you treat it with the same respect you would your own. If anything accidental should happen, please don’t hesitate to let us know. While we ask that you kindly replace any items that might be broken during your stay, we're always here to assist you if needed.

During your visit, we encourage you to enjoy all that PGA National has to offer, from the world-class resort and spa to the variety of dining and shopping options in the area. Whether it’s relaxing with a drink or exploring the local eateries and boutiques, there’s something for everyone nearby.

HOW TO FIND US!

Main Entrance Of Eagleton --off of Ryder Cup Blvd. & Championship Dr.

*GPS takes you to the back entrance of Eagleton but you must enter through the front

*IMPORTANT

GPS takes you to the BACK entrance of EAGLETON that is only accessible for residents with bar codes on vehicles.

You must to enter through the MAIN ENTRANCE of Eagleton, which is located off of Ryder Cup Blvd. & Championship Dr. -Once you enter through main entrance, GPS will correct itself and take you to our home. If you use WAZE for GPS, you might not encounter this issue.

**Your name must be at the security gate to gain access to the neighborhood. BE SURE YOU PROVIDE NAMES TO mbarnett@mytalentlaunch.com PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP.

Best practice; provide first and last names of all adults staying at the house to be sure everyone can get in throughout the duration of your stay without issue.

Trash days-

Tuesdays & Fridays

If you are in the house either of these days, please put out the cans and pull them back in when emptied.

If you are departing on a trash day, PRIOR to the trash truck coming, only put out the bags of trash (NO CANS)

If the trash has already come, leave the trash in the cans in the garage and let Meredith know. We need to let the house manager know so they can tend to it before the maggots do!

*It is very important that trash protocols are followed as we will get ticketed for trash/cans left out on non trash days

THERMOSTAT - PLEASE MAKE SURE THE THERMOSTATS ARE SET NO LOWER THAN 72

GRILL - TO USE THE GRILL MAKE SURE TO TURN GAS ON BEHIND THE GRILL AND TURN OFF WHEN FINISHED (grill tools are underneath one of the counters in kitchen)

2.8 miles - Make a left out of Diamond Head Way onto General Dr.. General will dead end onto the Avenue of the Masters. Make a right. Avenue of Masters will dead end onto Ryder. Make a right on Ryder. Eagleton will be .5 miles on your right hand side. Take a right. This will dead end onto General. Make a right, and then less than ¼ mile, take a left onto Diamond Head Way. This is a nice loop.

5.5 miles - Make a left out of Diamond Head Way onto General Dr. General Drive will dead end onto the Avenue of the Masters. Make a LEFT onto Avenue of the Masters. Take this for a couple of miles You will pass security gate. Make a left onto the Avenue of Champions. (YOU WILL HEADING TOWARDS PGA RESORT). You will take a right on Tournament Blvd. You will pass the security gate. Take this until it dead ends onto Ryder Cup Blvd. Make a left onto Ryder Cup Blvd. Take this a couple of miles down until you see Eagleton on your LEFT hand side. Take a left into Eagleton. This will dead end onto General Drive. Make a right onto General Dr. and then a left into Diamond Head Way. This is a longer loop but gives you full visibility into PGA national.
