Camping info Tōpuni pārongo WOMAD gives you so much choice when it comes to camping, from budget and family-friendly to the ultra-luxurious or ultimate eco-friendly camping, the bustling atmosphere of WOMAD’s campsite is a festival highlight for many! Campers enjoy additional activities while on site, like morning yoga and tai chi. Before the music kicks off, enhance your festival experience with workshops that are created to heighten the awareness of “flowing freely” through the dance of festival life.
Camping is available when you purchase a 3-day Festival + Camping combo ticket. Our General, Family and Accessibility camps have access to standard kiwi-camping style wash-up and toilet facilities, all you need is BYO tent, camping gear, a great attitude and a smile on your dial. Our motorhome camp is to park up your RV, motorhome, caravan, sleeper van, house bus or truck for the weekend. Carparking is available at the campsite for campers, so you are free to come and go if you need to stock up on extra supplies. Sometimes you just want to feel a bit pampered at the end of a day. To ensure you have the best festival experience our Glamping, Wildernest Village and Teepee Life Village. These offer something a little fancier so you can settle in, kick back and enjoy the festival vibes.
