Homegrown Kitchen with

Nicola Galloway Nicola Galloway is an award-winning food writer and author of four cookbooks, including her most recent and highly acclaimed, Homegrown Kitchen. She is the food editor for Stuff.co.nz, and writes a monthly recipe column for NZ Gardener magazine. Nicola is an avid sourdough baker, fermenter and preserver, and regularly teaches cooking workshops on these subjects around New Zealand. She lives in Nelson with her family on a suburban quarter acre with over 25 fruit and nut trees, vegetable gardens and free-range chooks.
