In these waters, you can practice all kinds of water sports, such as snorkeling and diving, being able to explore the largest coral reef on the entire island, about 30 km long. In addition, you can take a glass-bottom boat circuit where you can observe the reef.
Other very interesting activities that can be done in the area can be playing golf or horseback riding through the area of the Punta Cana ecological park. Be sure to hire an excursion through the park where you can see iguanas and many different types of birds. in the eleven lagoons that make up the route, called ”eyes”.
Another attraction in the area is the Fun-Fun cave, which has excursions that include a horseback ride, a walk through the lush tropical forest, a 20-meter canyon descent, and a 2-kilometer walk through one of the of major caves throughout the Caribbean.
