Design brief: This project is created for a wide region, encompassing 2 main neighbourhoods Middelbert and Driebond, in Groningen, the Netherlands. Based on certain disqualities and underdevelopment of the area, the concept choise is based on solving the contrast between the urban industrial development of Driebond and the village of Middelbert
