Design brief: This project is created for a wide region , encompassing 2 main neighbourhoods - Middelbert and Driebond , in Groningen , the Netherlands. Based on certain disqualities and underdevelopment of the area , the concept choise is based on solving the contrast between the urban industrial development of Driebond and the village of Middelbert

Choice of area - laser cut model D r i e b o n d disqualities: > Polluted air > Heat zone > Lack of greenery > Lack of pedestrian and bike alleys > Floodings in the winter months, due to unpearmability of rainwater

M i d d e l b e r t disqualities: > Lack of recreation for residents > Underdeveloped land
