Evangelism in Epe (Nigeria) & Chironi (Ethiopia)
Dear friends,
In September, we had a blessed evangelis�c campaign in Epe, Nigeria. First, Bishop Waleoke, the en�re evangelis�c commi�ee, and I visited the king of Epe and prayed for him. The evangelis�c campaign took place during the rainy season, and one evening it poured heavily with rain. Nevertheless, the visitors remained seated — as did the pastors on stage. I simply con�nued preaching, and many gave their lives to Jesus. That was my first experience of preaching in pouring rain. The people’s hunger for the Word of God was greater than their discomfort with the rain. Many people gave their lives to Jesus and received healing. From November 19 to 23, we will be back in Nigeria, in the city of Oshogbo.
In October, we were in Chironi, in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Here, too, we experienced wonderful mee�ngs. It was the first major evangelis�ceventforthelocalchurches,andthepastors were sincerely grateful and full of joy when we arrived. On Sunday, the event lasted from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. In between, we ate something while the worship con�nued. There were many healing tes�monies and many people received the Holy Spirit.
Thanks to a large individual dona�on, we are able to hold one more evangelis�c event this year. In the second and third weeks of December, we will hold our last two evangelis�c events in Ethiopia in 2025.

Ourfollow-upbooklet,“YourNewIden�tyinChrist,” which we give to every new convert, has been completely distributed, and we need to have 10,000 copies reprinted. One booklet costs €1. Christmas is just around the corner, and it would be a wonderful Christmas gi� if we could have a complete year’s print run printed at once. This year, we had 2 x 5,000 copies printed. If we can have 10,000 books printed at once, the unit price will decrease.
A hear�elt thank you to everyone who has helped us again this year, so that we can con�nue to go out and do this work. We go in the name of Jesus and carry this name to the na�ons. Everything that happens is only possible through and in the name of Jesus, because He goes with us. Jesus saves, Jesus heals, Jesus bap�zes in the Holy Spirit, and Jesus is coming back very, very soon. Just as John the Bap�st prepared his genera�on for the coming of the Messiah, so we must prepare our genera�on for the second coming of Jesus. Advent means the arrival of Jesus. We await the return of Jesus as a pregnant woman awaits her child. We see everywhere the signs, the birth pangs, of which Jesus spoke. This means that His arrival is not too far off.
