South Africa South Africa is the most southern country in Africa. The country is known for its diversity in topography. Also for the cultural diversity. Since 1994 it has become more and more a preferred travel destination. South Africa is a far way from many trading cities like Lagos and Keiro, and more than 10,000 km from most of Europe and North America. Where most of the major trading partners are located. The distance has contributed to the establishment of a system of coercion. The government, which is controlled by a white minority, has forced the separation of housing, education and all other areas of life. This created layers: a white society, consisting mainly of colonialists with British and Dutch ancestry. A black indigenous population, sometimes still known as hunters and gatherers. And

a mixed group consisting mostly of ethnic Asians. The apartheid regime was despised and even vehemently rejected by much of the world. In the mid 1980s, South Africa found itself among the world’s pariah states, the subject of economic and cultural boycotts that affected almost every aspect of life. Eventually forced to face the untenability of ethnic separatism in a multicultural country, the South African government began to repeal apartheid laws. This process set in a transition to universal suffrage and electoral democracy, which culminated in the 1994 election of a black majority government led by Nelson Mandela. As this transition confirms, the country has made remarkable strides in the establishment of social justice in a short space of time.

The algorithm will collide uncontrollably with the morphology of Cape Town. A maximum of parameters are set so that the physarum machine can explore as many places in the city as possible. In this case, one topic is not predominantly favored. All parameters are given the same weight. only the places where a lot of interactions occur are given more weight. These places can be places like the city center or the docks. There is less movement around the Cape Town stadium and in the

somewhat rich Neighboorhoods. The poor neighborhoods have more weight again due to the diversity and density that live there. There is also movement in the sea due to freight ships and many fishing boats. This gives us this graphic that shows how the Physarum machine primarily interacts with the morphology of Cape Town.
