WELCOME
MESSAGE It seems the journey has just begun. Looking back our team never ceases to wonder that at Swayamsiddha, we've been living our dream for 16 long years. What began as a small-time yahoo group transformed itself into a full-fledged organization, working to achieve its goals. The world has changed fast, the competition in business world has grown nerve wrecking. Sustaining a micro level business enterprise run by a women entrepreneur with her limited skill set, finances has become next to impossible in these changed times.

Keeping these changed dynamics in mind, Swayamsiddha Foundation adapted itself to changing times and brought a sense of awareness amongst its members, who are mostly prospective and existing businesswomen, the need to change, need to adapt to modern business techniques. We taught them modern business tools, digital tools, assisted them in creating their brand and facilitated their growth by providing them with realtime business intelligence. SWAYAMSIDDHA
Swayamsiddha Foundation, Mumbai is a registered Non-Governmental Organization working for Women Empowerment since 2006. It supports prospective and existing women entrepreneurs by providing them with motivation, guidance, training, skilling and related hand-holding support services. Women who plan to start their business enterprises, but do not have proper information or women who are into business and plan to manage it professionally usually join Swayamsiddha Foundation as it's members. The organization boasts membership from all parts of Maharashtra.

Lockdown was tough !! To keep our members engaged and increase their knowledge and preparedness in post Corona World, Swayamsiddha a Foundation organized a series of Webinars on varied topics for our members. These Webinars were very popular and gained good traction with our members. Some of the topics that our webinars dealt were Health, Education, Yoga, Business Communication, Marketing, Accounting, Literature, Gardening etc. Subject Experts were invited to deliver talk in these highly informative webinars.

PARTICIPATION IN CSR ACTIVITIES SHG WORKSHOP AT JAIGAD
Swayamsiddha Foundation, Mumbai was provided with an opportunity by JSW Steel, Jaigad, Dist. Ratnagiri to work with their Self Help Groups (SHGs) under the company's CSR Programme. Swayamsiddha trained 300 Women SHG members on how to transition from SHG Mentality to the Mentality of a Business Owner.

PARTICIPATION IN CSR ACTIVITIES EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES
Several Corporate Entities provide Members of Swayamsiddha Foundation space in their establishments to display and sale their products and services. Some of the corporate entities which regularly provide us with space are Burns and McDonnell, Spocto Solutions, Sopra Steria, DLL Financial Services etc.

OUR UNIQUE INITIATIVES MARKETING INITIATIVES It was observed that majority of Women Members of Swayamsiddha Foundation, Mumbai are engaged either in manufacture or trading of Food items or Garment and related products. Due to limited budget they found it difficult to sell their products to wider clientele. To address this issue Swayamsiddha Foundation brought these members together on one platform and created an Online Platform and Portal for Garment Sellers titled "Swayam Stores" and trained the women to upload their products on the Portal. Similar activity was done for women in Food Segment. A Portal "The Food Station was developed and an online platform was created for our members.

SWAYAM EXHIBITIONS OUR EXHIBITIONS Swayamsiddha organizes Exhibitions for its members for aiding marketing of their products and services.

OTHER ACTIVITIES MISCELLANEOUS Apart from Business Development, we have also created platforms for Women to participate in various Cultural Events under "Umang Manch".
