In the state of Clerville in 1960, master thief Diabolik has outwitted inspector Ginko and the police force once again. The mysterious thief, whose identity remains unknown, has been on a crime spree. In the wake of Diabolik’s terror, heiress Lady Kant is visiting the town and bringing along with her a priceless pink diamond ring. The town is excited for her arrival and so is Diabolik who plans to steal the ring by any means necessary. However, what Diabolik was not expecting was to be enchanted by the heiress. Torn between his feelings and his life as a high profi le criminal, Diabolik does not realize that he is in more danger than he originally thought.

Antonio Manetti and Marco Manetti, known together as the Manetti Bros., are Italian directors, writers, actors, and producers.The brothers have been making fi lms together since 1994. Their fi rst fi lm De Generazione(1994) features the pairs‘ segment titled Consegna a domicillo.The fi lm was nominated for Best Film at the Fantasporto Awards. The pair’s most notable fi lms were Song’e Napule(2013) and Ammore e malavita (2017). Song’e Napule follows a cop who is hired as a pianist for the mob. Ammore e Malavita won the Best Film at the David Di Donatello Awards and was presented at the 2017 Venice Film Festival. The brothers’ most recent project Diabolik(2021) is set to have two sequels and both are in post-production.
