Though luxury real estate professional Brad Trager was born and raised in the Midwest, he has been enjoying the beautiful California weather since he moved here in 1995. Since then, he has become an expert in all things South County and beyond — and has helped hundreds of families realize their home buying and selling dreams along the way.
Trustworthy, discreet, and seasoned in the art of helping clients experience real estate transactions of value and reward, Brad has built a strong network of industry connections over the course of his 18-year career. Not only is he passionate about real estate, but it’s also in his blood — Brad’s mother was a highly successful agent for 34 years, and her immense knowledge was passed down to him.
Having transitioned into the field of residential real estate from a successful tenure as a sales executive, Brad is adept at negotiating the most favorable deals and remaining organized throughout the course of a transaction. Specializing in the Talega, The Reserve, and Marblehead communities of San Clemente, he is consistently ranked as one of the top producers in south Orange County. A former collegiate swimmer, Brad attributes his competitive edge to his days powering through the pool. He loves giving back to the community by working with active military officers. One of Brad’s top priorities is his family, and he is a proud military dad. He loves to spend time with his wife Thu-Thuy – a political refugee from Vietnam who arrived in California over 50 years ago – and his four sons, all of whom play competitive soccer at the highest level. Brad’s son Tristan played for four years at the United States Air Force Academy and was selected in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft by Atlanta United FC; Carson currently plays at the United States Coast Guard Academy; and Kai and Koa play for Strikers FC Irvine. Koa is involved in a dual immersion program, while Kai is a rising senior at San Clemente High School who hopes to join his two older brothers in serving their country by attending a United States Service Academy. In addition, both Kai and Koa are involved in Civil Air Patrol.
