Avocado Burrata Toast Ingredients:

• Slice of grain toast • ½ large ripe avocado • 1 tsp lemon juice • 50g burrata or mozzarella cheese • 1 tsp chopped fresh basil • 1 tsp fresh chives • Salt & Pepper

Method:

Top toast with avocado. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with burrata (or mozzarella), basil, chives and pepper.
