How Depression and Anxiety Effects Seniors Discover opportunities to enhance mental wellness. Led by El Camino Hospital Mental Health and Addiction Services, discuss the signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety and how various life transitions can impact our wellbeing. The Older Adult Transition Services (OATS)program at El Camino Hospital has been supporting the community for the last 24 years and specializes in providing care to meet the needs of older adults.
