Senior Check-out

● Before any Senior can check out, he/she must…

● Fulfill all financial obligations, unpaid balances, junior fees, senior fees, etc.

● Senior fees are separate from the graduation supply fee

○ Senior Fees $200.00

● An infographic will be provided at a later date with pick up times for invitations, cap & gowns, and final payment dates, etc.

● Complete FAFSAGraduation Requirement - (Failure to complete your FAFSA application can possibly delay application process and college acceptance)

Transcript Audit

Everyone must complete a course audit

● Complete a Fall transcript audit form and review. Click here to access the form. (Instructions)

● Google Form TranscriptAudit

● All transcript audits should be complete and submitted by July 14, 2023.

Letter of Recommendation

● Please don’t forget to ask in advance for someone to write your letters of recommendations.

● Use the link provided to complete your “Brag sheet” student information sheet to assist with letters of recommendations.

● Use the link provided to complete your “Letter of Recommendation Request Form”.

Dual Enrollment

The students must meet the following requirements to be eligible for DE courses.

● Minimum G.P.A. 2.5

● ACT: Composite 19 +

○ ELA18 subscore

○ Math 19 subscore OR

● LEAP2025-

○ English II: Mastery or above

○ Geometry: Mastery or above (for enrollment in non- algebraic Gen. Ed Math)

○ Geometry: Mastery or aboveAND completion ofAlgebra II with/ C or better for enrollment in CollegeAlgebra.

Dual Enrollment

Before Signing Up Please Note….

● All DE courses and the course grades become part of the student’s high school permanent transcript and college transcript.

● Parents and students complete a DE application and must sign a DEAgreement.

● Students/parents understand that if the student chooses to withdraw from the DE course that the student is required to meet the university’s withdrawal date deadlines.

● If a student withdraws from a course, it will reflect on the high school and college transcript as hours attempted and may interfere with future college admissions and/or financial aid awards. ● If a student withdraws, the high school grades/transcript will reflect an “F” for the 1st or 3rd 9 weeks.
