Romans 1:16-For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth. But we must bear in mind that there are two kinds of preaching, verbal and non verbal preaching. What is the difference of these kinds of preaching? “Verbal” is using our mouth to speak, while “non verbal” is preaching through our “good deeds” to become “living saints.” This is a concrete proof that all human beings can preach the words of God either of the two ways. A school that is fruitful and successful in governing group of people and molding into grown individuals in all corners is a product of a good instructional supervision. Effective instructional supervision covers the entire system in school. It is not just involves raising student achievement and creating valuable educational opportunities. For a supervisor, for example, this can be achieved clearly by defining goals for the teachers and facilitating opportunities for them to learn about local, state, and federal requirements. ager would also provide support to teachers not only through workshops, but also extend to serving as guiding light to the them. Moreover, fostering growth by means of completing walkthroughs and clinical supervisions is also an important mean of support. Furthermore, an instructional supervisor would work with parents and teachers to keep updated with the community’s needs in order to help in providing students with a meaningful educational experience that will benefit them in various future career paths. For SPA Major in Music, the school has received 2 pieces of Bajo de Uñas, 4 Bandurias, 2 Octavinas, 2 Lauds, a Trumpet, a Saxophone, 3 pieces of Flute, 3 Violins, 5 Boom Microphones, 5 Microphone Stands and a unit Portable Electric Organ.
