NVESTIGATORS were “very cautious” in naming the suspect(s) in the bomb blast at the Limketakai Complex in Cagayan de Oro City on Friday two weeks ago, a police officer on Monday said.

SURIGAO CITY – The Regional Trial Court in Cantilan, Surigao del Sur has ordered the Shenzhou Mining Group Corporation (SMGC) to vacate the mining area at the boundaries of Carrascal, Surigao del Sur and Claver in Surigao del Norte. Judge Rufo Naragas of the Regional Trial Court Branch 41 issued the order in Cantilan on July 15.
