Mayor, et al, face charges

THE Misamis Oriental Police Provincial Police Office and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Northern Mindanao yesterday filed charges against Iligan City Mayor Celso G. Regencia and several other John Does before the Provincial Prosector’s Office in Cagayan de Oro City.
