CAGAYAN de Oro City––New faces in the Bureau of Customs-10 whose main office is based in Cagayan de Oro City have taken over the key posts from others who have been reassigned to their
mother units. The new BOC-10 collector Ruby Claudia Alameda has Atty. Roswald Joseph J. Pague as her deputy collector. Pague, who came from the Port of Ozamiz where he was the subcollector for two years, replaced Atty. Marvin Mison

BUTUAN City––At least two cities and seven towns in Caraga had declared a state of calamity as floods and landslides following days of pounding by heavy rains due to a lingering Low Pressure Area (LPA) that turned into Tropical
