he 150th birth anniversary of Andres Bonifacio, founder and leader of the revolution against Spain, is approaching. The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) announces a series of commemorative events that will honor our hero’s achievements in this time of difficulty. The overwhelming response of our people to the need for assistance is not just a fitting backdrop to but also the essence of the nation’s tribute to Bonifacio, who loved our country deeply and offered his life to build our nation. Among the activities lined up in the week leading to the 30th of November and immediately after are as follows.
