Briefly Bagwis Award A TOTAL of 25 business establishments in Northern Mindanao bagged the Depar tment of Trade and Industr y ’s (DTI’s) Bagwis Awards during its ceremony on October 30. DTI region 10 Lawyer Fel Lester Brillantes said Bagwis Award is awarded to business establishments that adhere to strict consumer laws, having consumer welfare desks and giving quality customer care to clients. He enumerated 11 bronze awardees in the region namely: Hi-Top Electrical & Electronics Center, Shopwiser Supermarket, JRS Business Corporation, R. Dy Store, Cham’s Convenience store I (San Miguel, Iligan City), Cham’s Convenience Store (Tubod, Iligan City), MTZIA Corp. (ILICOMM), CT Shoppers, Unite General Merchandise, Special Appliance Plaza and Des Appliance Plaza, Inc.
