> Calling Heather Unger “Well-rounded” would be the very definition of an understatement. A television personality, licensed general contractor, investor, information technology wiz, and of course award-winning REALTOR with over sixty million dollars in sales under her belt, she is clearly a force to be reckoned with, translating this diverse background into a rewarding and enjoyable experience for her customers. Heather Unger, a long time resident of the Central Florida area graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Management Information Systems. During her computer career, she realized that this was not her calling and followed her true passion in the Construction and Real Estate Industry. Her passion for real estate started early in life as a daughter of a contractor. Mrs. Unger started her building career as a Licensed General Contractor by forming G & H Developers, LLC in Michigan where she originally hails. Soon after that, she entered the field of Real Estate in 2004 and continued to hone her skill set by obtaining her brokers license in 2012. Her firm belief in education lead her to earn her GRI & CDPE designations as well as her CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) only held by the top 1% of Realtors. A few of Mrs. Unger’s accolades include being ranked 12th in the State of Florida among all RE/MAX individual agents, also receiving the highest RE/MAX award of Chairman’s club, and she continues to remain one of

the TOP 50 agents in all of Central Florida. Heather has also appeared on many television shows and was chosen for her upbeat and outgoing personality as one of the contestants on ABC’s The Bachelor season 7. While her stay was short lived, the excitement of traveling, and being in front of the camera, led her to appear on many Local news casts as an area expert informing consumers about the Real Estate Industry. As an area specialist, she was selected for her knowledge by HGTV and is featured on numerous shows with her clients including, “My House is Worth, What?” and “House Hunters.” While awards and recognition are great, Heathers goal has always been to make her customers happy and to make buying and selling enjoyable. Born from this philosophy Heather opened her own brokerage in January 2013, LemonTree Realty. LemonTree Realty is a fresh approach to real estate. Since opening their doors they have proven their worth over the competition by assisting numerous home buyers put down roots in Central Florida and listing homes in some of the most prestigious areas including Isleworth, Country Club of Orlando, and Winter Park, as well as assisting with the sale of a new development of homes in Downtown Orlando. As a long time supporter of the SPCA, a portion of all sales at LemonTree Realty is donated to help local animal shelters.<
