HOW IT WORKS

1. Landing Page Creation: We build a landing page tailored to your office, focusing on either cosmetic patients, implants, or clear aligners.

2. Information Collection: Gather specific details about your office to personalize the landing page and ads.

3. Video Recording: We have you record a few videos for the landing page and ads. Don’t worry, we handle all the editing. Personalized videos are highly effective and patients love this aspect.

4. Facebook Chat Plugin: Integrate a Facebook chat plugin so you can directly communicate with potential patients.

5. Hi Level Integration: Incorporate Hi Level, our automated text message and email service, to engage potential patients. They will receive periodic texts and emails tailored to your office, with the goal of converting leads into patients.

6. Communication Tools: You’ll have the ability to communicate with these patients via the software. Once everything is set up, we will review it all with you.

7. Ad Refresh: Every couple of months, we refresh the ads to prevent them from becoming old and stale. We will request new videos, which we will edit for the ads.

8. Setup Timeline: Due to guidelines for automated texting and emails in the USA, setup takes a few weeks. During this time, we build the website and ads.

9. Payment Structure: We collect payment for the first month before starting to build anything. The first month officially starts when the ads go live. For example, if the ads start running 2.5 weeks from the date we start building the website, you will be charged for the second month one month from when the ads start running.

Monthly Fees: You will be charged the monthly maintenance fee and your chosen ad spend (we recommend $1,500 per month).

Billing Information: Your credit card will be stored on file to be automatically billed by us, as well as by Facebook and Google for the ads.
