MINIMIZE YOUR RISK UPFRONT

When we receive service calls, the people on the other end are usually unhappy, whether or not they actually express it. Something is wrong and they weren’t expecting it, but they do know it’s the most expensive piece of equipment in the house that’s having issues. It’s negatively affecting their comfort and possibly other aspects of their home life. They’re frustrated and unsure about what’s necessary to fix the problem, what they are looking at spending to get it resolved, and if that’s a fair price when all is said and done. Constantine Syiny, President They are worried about quality of workmanship and the caliber of professional who will be working in their homes too. All before we’ve exchanged pleasantries. Running into skepticism is common for professionals in the HVAC industry, similar to those in the auto repair industry. With any skilled trade, establishing a relationship built on trust is critical. We’ve found that one way to make this easier on everyone is to take risk out of the equation as much as possible for our customers. Our pricing and 100% money-back guarantee allow us to alleviate much of the stress involved with the unknowns beforehand, which leads to a much more pleasant experience for all parties involved. It’s common practice to call around to get estimates, which are by nature subject to change based on certain factors. Many companies charge for “time and materials,” which will ultimately determine the total cost. However, at All Pro, the quotes we provide are accurate to the penny and will not change, no matter what happens once we get started. With straightforward pricing and flat fees, there are no surprises when the bill arrives. One surprise – finding out something isn’t working properly or perhaps altogether – tends to be enough bad news in its own right. Although it doesn’t take the sting away from the unexpected cost you’re incurring, it does help with peace of mind to know exactly what that number will be ahead of time. How might our approach to pricing versus other companies’ directly benefit you, the customer? Project management no longer impacts the price you pay for services rendered, so it becomes something you don’t have to worry about. Let’s say troubleshooting a certain issue is expected to take less than an hour, but the problem requires more attention in order to figure out the best solution. You won’t have to worry about being billed per half-hour or hour and having to stay at home glued to your watch to ensure everything matches up. There’s a flat diagnostics fee for the technician visit, no matter how long it takes to troubleshoot. Or, perhaps upon examination we find that we’ll need a special part that isn’t on our truck. While that’s a rare occurrence, you won’t have to worry about being billed extra for the time it takes us to locate the part, pick it up or have it delivered before being able to resume the project. Along the same lines, what happens if complications arise during the repair that weren’t expected and it takes longer to complete? Not your problem either! At All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning, we strongly believe in our team’s capabilities – so much so that we also offer a true 100% money back guarantee. This further eliminates any risk on the part of the customer. We are confident that we’ll measure up to your expectations, but if we don’t, there’s a return policy in place just like your favorite retailers. In closing, when making the decision to hire an HVAC professional, be sure to get the specifics about pricing and warranty. This is just as important as the credentials of the professionals who will be performing the work, and will end up alleviating much of the stress involved.
