Years 1 - 2
An introduction to a career in business. • Induction to each aspect of business. Responsibility for: • Some Finance processes (eg Accounts Payable) • Business Analysis (eg Monthly reports) Experience in: • Warehouse Operations (Hobart) • Order Taking & Processing • Procurement and Supply Chain • Customer Service & Sales Process • Office administration You will experience on the job development, coaching, and some training.

Years 2 - 5
Developing your functional expertise: • Responsibility for specific roles within defined functions. This is a match of your skills and the business needs. • Options include – Sales, Marketing, Administration, Finance or Supply Chain. • You will experience on the job development, coaching and formal training & education courses.

Leadership and development opportunities PHASE 3
Years 5+
Discovering your management and leadership potential: • We will invest in developing your managerial capability and prepare you to lead people and ultimately an entire function. • In this role you will have increasing exposure to the leadership group, company directors and other Stratex mentors. • Options include – Sales, Marketing, Administration, Finance or Supply Chain.
