안녕하세요? 저는 잘 그리지는 못하지만 그림 그리는 것과 글쓰기를 좋아하는 김민선 입니다. 저는 그림그리기와 글 쓰는 것 외에도 운동, 독서도 좋아합니다. 성격은 활발 한 편이지만, 승부욕이 많습니다. 독서 장르는 주로 판타지 소설과 추리소설을 좋아합니다.
Hello, I am Minsun Kim. I like drawing and writing although I am not so good at drawing. Besides drawing and writing, I like sports and reading. I am pretty much out going, but I have a high level of desire for winning. When I read I like reading fantasy and mystery genre of books.

원희, 시은, 민선이와 한 탐험가는 등산을 하러 가고 있었다. “등산 같은걸 왜 해? 시은이가 투덜거렸다. 그러자 민선이는, “그냥 등산이 아니라 모험이지!”라고 말했다. Wonhee, Sieun, Minsun, and an explorer were on their way to go hiking. “Do we really have to hike?” Sieun complained. Minsun replied, “It is not just hiking, it is an adventure!” 10 |

그 때, 등산로 입구에서 인디언 옷을 입은 초록 사람이 나타났다. “야, 저것 좀 봐! 저게 뭐지?” 원희와 탐험가가 소리쳤다. Just then, a green man in an Indian costume suddenly appeared at the entrance of a trail. “Hey, look! What is that?” Wonhee and the explorer shouted. Finding a Green Land | 11
호기심이 많은 민선이가 갑자기 초록 사람을 쫓아가기 시작했다. “야, 민선아! 어디가?” 그러나 민선이는 대꾸하지 않고 뛰어갔다. 뛰다 지친 민선이는 쉬면서 일행을 기다렸다. 일행이 다시 걷기 시작했을 때, 새가 날아가다 쪽지를 떨어뜨렸다. 원희가 쪽지를 펼치자 그 속에는 “동굴속의 세계에 보물이 있다.” 라는 메시지가 적혀 있었다.

Minsun, full of curiosity, started to run after the green man. “Hey, Minsun! Where are you going?” Minsun didn’t answer and kept running. After a while Minsun got tired, so she stopped running and waited for her friends. When they started walking together again, a flying bird dropped a note. Wonhee opened the note, and it said, “There is a treasure in the cave.”

등산이 전혀 모험같다고 느끼지 않던 시은이 조차 수수께끼 같은 쪽지의 의미를 열심히 찾기 시작했다. “이거 재미있는데? 좀 어렵네…” 머리를 굴리던 도중, 초록 사람이 나타난다. 민선이는 또 홀로 쫓아가고 나머지 일행은 민선이를 쫓다 호수로 길을 잘못 든다. Even Sieun who had not found hiking so adventurous started to work hard to find out the meaning of the mysterious note. “Isn’t this fun? Although it is a bit hard…” While they were all focusing on the note, the green man appeared again. Minsun again started to run after him alone. Her friends started running after her, but they ran into a wrong road and found a lake.

‘이 호수 얼마나 깊을까? 내가 빠뜨려 볼까?’ 풍덩! 장난기가 발동한 시은이가 탐험가를 호수로 밀어 버렸다. 다행히 얕은 호수라서 탐험가의 허리까지 밖에 물이 차지 않았다. ‘How deep would this lake be? Should I check?’ Plop! Sieun got playful and pushed the explorer into the lake. Fortunately, the water only got to the waist of the explorer as the lake was shallow.

우여곡절 끝에 다시 일행은 동굴로 향하다가 초록 사람과 민선이를 발견한다. Then they continued searching for the cave. On their way, they found Minsun and the green man.

초록 사람을 따라 동굴 깊숙히 들어가자, 미로 같은 길이 나오고 초록 사람을 놓쳤다. “아, 어디갔지? 어디로 가야해?” “어쩔 수 없네, 각자 흩어져서 찾아보자.” They followed the green man deep into the cave until they got lost in a maze. “Ah, where did he go? Which way are we supposed to go?” “Well, we don’t have many choices. Let’s scatter and search.”

몇 시간이 지난 후 일행들은 동굴 한 가운데에 모였다. “저 쪽 길은 가 봤어?” “아니, 안 가 봤는데…… 가 볼까?” 그렇게 일행은 서로가 가 보지 못한 길로 향했다. After several hours, the group gathered around in the center of the cave. “Has anyone checked that corner over there?” “No, no one has… shall be go check it out together?” The friends headed towards the new corner.

“어, 이것 좀 봐! 여기 문이 있다!” “어서 들어가 보자!” 일행은 무 안으로 들어가서 초록 세계를 발견 했다. “여긴 어디지? “그냥 걸 어가 보자!” 그렇게 일행은 계속 걸어가다 푸른 성을 발견했다.

“야! 저기 초록 사람이다~!” 초록 사람은 일행에게 다가와서 말했다. “이 열쇠를 받고 맞는 문을 찾아 열어, 그럼 이 세계에서 나갈 수 있을 거야.” “Look! There’s the green man~!” The green man walked over to the group and said, “Find the door which you can open with this key. Then, you can escape from this land.”

일행이 열쇠에 맞는 문을 열자 등산로가 다시 나왔다. “등산, 꽤 재미 있는 것 같아!” 탐험가와 3명의 친구들은 즐거운 모험을 마쳤다. When they found the right door and opened it, there was the trail again. “I guess hiking is pretty fun!” Fun adventure of the explorer and three friends came to an end.

글을 마치면서
김민선 (13) 짧은 시간이였지만 새로운 친구들을 만나고 재미있는 경험을 해서 무척 즐거웠다. 이 프로그램이 또 진행된다면 망설이지 않고 참여하겠다. Although it was for only a short period of time, I enjoyed it a lot making new friends and having fun experiences. If this program becomes available again in the future, I want to be part of it with no hesitation. 이원희 (13) 이거 쓰느라 정말 힘들었고요, 재미있게 읽어 주셨으면 좋겠습니 다. 자세하지 않은 부분은 독자님들의 상상력으로 채워 주시기를… I worked hard making this story. 에필로그
박시은 (11) 처음에는 모르는 친구, 동생, 언니, 오빠들이라서 부끄럽고 창피하 였지만, 점점 갈수록 재미있어 졌다. 선생님들께서도 친절하시고 같 이 하는 팀원들도 나의 의견을 존중하여 주었다. 이야기를 만들면서 정말 내가 동화 작가가 된 듯한 기분이었다. 이야기를 만드는 것이 재미있다는 것을 알았고 팀워크가 얼마나 중요한지도 알았다. 다음 에도 기회가 있다면 하고 싶다. In the beginning, I felt shy about meeting new students who are same age as me, younger and older than me. But as time passed by it became more and more fun. Teachers were kind and my group members all respected my opinions. I really felt like I had become a children’s book author. I realized how fun it is to make a story and also learned how important it is to have a good teamwork. I want to do it again if I get a chance in the future.
