The S2150-Classic electronic water meter is equipped with a turbine counting system Easy to use and to maintain, compact and reliable, it is the new benchmark for a perfect dosage to obtain a perfect quality of pastry The S 2150-Classic water meter is available in two different models :
S2150-Classic-A : without mixing valve. For dosing only cold or chilled water (if used with a water cooler)
S2150-Classic-AMT : with 2 inlets for cold / chilled and hot water (from 1 to 60° C)
The S2200-Classic electronic water meter is equipped with an electromagnetic flowmeter counting system Without any moving parts, this water meter is low maintenance because it islow sensitive to limestone.
The S 2200-Classic water meter is available in two different models : S2200-Classic-A : without mixing valve For dosing only cold or chilled water (if used with a water cooler)
S2200-Classic-AMT : with 2 inlets for cold / chilled and hot water (from 1 to 60° C)
The S2150-Tower electronic water meter is a declension of the S2150 Classic water meter Its low dimensions is perfect for small places It can be split in 2 parts : the dosing module can be installed appart from the control panel
The S 2150-Tower water meter is available in two different models :
S2150-Tower-A and S2200-Tower-A : without mixing valve
S2150-Tower-AMT and S2200-Tower-AMT : with 2 inlets for cold / chilled and hot water (from 1 to 60° C)
The electronic and water mixing S3000 is designed for small or industrial bakeries It has 2 inlets for hot and cold or chilled water Each water supply is individualy controlled during the dosing The device does a prerun in order to use only the right temperature for the kneader Compact, it is equipped with a last generation industrial sensor for a perfect temperature accuracy, even under 3 °C
S4000
The electronic and water mixing S4000 is designed for the bakeries that wish to automate their production The devise can be easyly connected to a process computer or PLC. It is equipped with 3 inlets for hot, cold and chilled water. Each water supply is individualy controlled during the dosing for a perfect temperature accuracy Extremely precise, with a speed up to 40 l/mn, this water meter is rather intended for industrial bakeries
S5000
The electronic and water mixing S5000 is particularly suitable for industrial bakeries with its rate of flow until 80 l/mn The devise can be easyly connected to a process computer or PLC and to other machines It is equipped with 3 inlets for hot, cold and chilled water. Each water supply is individualy controlled during the dosing for a perfect accuracy of the temperature, even under 3°C
With ice accumulation
Economics, easy to install even if you don't have a lot of space, our water chillers work in closed circuit for perfect hygiene No contact is possible between the water and the cooling circuit, even if there is a leak. Furthermore there is no contact between the water and the air The Stoppil water coolers don't need pump : they operate with the normal water system pressure.
The SP100 water chiller is the ideal device for small areas Compact, it can be placed on the floor or hung on the wall. It adapt to all our water chillers or your own device if you are already equipped As with the other models, the water from the network is cooled by circulating in a coil system : it is not in contact with the stagnant water in the tank It provides 150 liters of chilled water at start-up and an additional 50 liters every hour The outlet temperature is 4° C (for a 15° C tap water).
With the SP200 and SP300 water chillers, it is possible to have a large quantity of chilled water with devices of reasonable size They adapt to all our water meters It is possible to obtain water at 4° C with tap water at 15° C.
For the SP200 : 250 liters of chilled water available at start-up then 100 l/hour
For the SP300 : 400 liters of water available at start-up then 200 l/hour
Do you have a large production and need a large quantity of chilled water ? The SP 400 water chiller will ensure you chilled water available throughout the day It is possible to obtain 600 liters at start-up then 300 liters/hour If your tap water is hot (case of countries with a tropical climate), it is possible to couple several chillers to obtain the desired temperature.
