How Light Blue Clinic is Redefining Recovery

meet Gosia& Milosz

who have more in common than their Polish hometown of Szczecin, they also share a deep-rooted passion for strength & conditioning, and cold therapy. Strangely enough, they didn’t meet in Poland, but here in the UK. “It’s funny,” says Gosia, “we grew up so close, but it took a move to another country for us to finally meet. Back in Poland, cryotherapy is as common as coffee for recovery, but in the UK, it’s a rarity… and that’s exactly what sparked the idea for Light Blue Clinic", their joint venture in Cambridge. The clinic blends osteopathy, performance training, and cryotherapy into one refreshing experience.

Milosz, an osteopath with degrees in Sports Coaching and Osteopathy, looks after Cambridge University rowers in preparation for the annual Cambridge vs Oxford boat race. Gosia is a female athlete specialist with degrees in Strength and Conditioning (MSc) and Sport & Exercise Science, she is also responsible for dryland training of Cambridge University rowers. Together, they’re a perfect match, combining science and movement with a personal, downto-earth touch. From elite athletes to weekend warriors, they’ve helped clients move better and recover faster.

Light Blue Clinic has earned a reputation as a trusted destination for everyone from Cambridge University Boat Club rowers to Cambridge United footballers, Cambridge Rugby Club players, and plenty of everyday clients in between. “Rehab shouldn’t feel like a chore, it should feel empowering,” says Milosz.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or pushing toward a personal best, Gosia and Milosz are ready with expert care, a tailored plan, and a friendly smile.

JEWELLERY WITH PURPOSE

How Alex AngelBenscher Is Changing Lives Through Design

Alex Angel-Benscher, founder and designer of ethical jewellery brand Vurchoo, is living proof that creativity can change lives, not just his own, but those of countless others around the world.

Originally a graffiti artist growing up in Essex, Alex always had a creative spark. But it was during a 14-month journey across the globe, working, volunteering, and experiencing different cultures, that he had what he calls his “lightbulb moment”. While in Cambodia, he saw children selling handmade items on the street, doing what they could to survive. Many had genuine talent, but no platform. Alex realised he could use his skills to give them one.

Inspired by their creativity and resilience, Alex returned home and launched Vurchoo in 2015 with support from The Prince’s Trust. Now based locally in Buntingford, he continues to design from a place of purpose, creating jewellery inspired by artwork from schoolchildren in disadvantaged communities around the world and donating a portion of the profits to support those very communities.

Working with schools in the UK and abroad, Vurchoo invites children to draw what matters most to them; their family, their culture, their dreams. These drawings are transformed into stunning jewellery collections that are stylish, wearable, and full of meaning.

Through UK charity Teach a Man to Fish, Vurchoo donates 10–25% of profits from each design to fund education and enterprise projects for young people.

Today, Vurchoo jewellery is stocked by leading retailers and loved by those looking to wear something beautiful with a deeper purpose. For Alex, it’s about more than jewellery; it’s about empowerment, representation, and giving back.

“This is about creating something timeless,” says Alex, “and knowing every piece helps someone else move forward.”

As sustainability and purpose reshape the way we shop, Vurchoo offers a truly ethical alternative, proof that design can create positive change, one piece at a time.

A LEGACY OF LOCAL GOODNESS

There’s something special about a drink that’s made with care, crafted with passion, and rooted in generations of family tradition. For Cambridge Juice Company, every bottle tells a story, one that began over a century ago on the bustling market stalls of Cambridge and Royston and has since flourished into a thriving local business, proudly celebrating its 25th year of producing high-quality juices and snacks.

25 YEARS IN THE MAKING

A FAMILY LEGACY, PRESSED TO PERFECTION

The story of Cambridge Juice Company is one of hard work, heritage, and a deep love for local produce. The journey began in 1901 when the Gray family set up fruit and vegetable stalls in Cambridge and Royston markets. For decades, they became a familiar face, supplying the freshest produce to the local community.

Then, in 2000, Matt Gray took a bold step, turning their fruit expertise into something new… distributing drinks to the local area and later freshly pressed juice. From one simple idea, a business was born. Fast forward to today, and the company is now proudly run by Kelly Richardson, who has been at the helm for the past 10 years, alongside her partner Jason Gray. Matt’s son and her partner in business and life. Together, they are growing Cambridge Juice Company into something even more exciting, while keeping its heart firmly in the family and local community.

Even the next generation is getting involved, proving that the passion for fresh, local produce runs deep in the Gray family. And it’s not just them, Cambridge Juice Company is powered by an amazing team, many of whom have been part of the journey for years. They are more than employees; they are extended family, working together to bring the best in locally sourced drinks and snacks to businesses and homes across the region.

FROM ORCHARD TO BOTTLE - THE TRUE TASTE OF LOCAL

What started with just apples and still apple juice has now expanded into a 13-product range, bursting with natural, refreshing flavours. Each sip is a testament to the quality of local ingredients, with apples hand-picked from Cam Valley Orchards and all production proudly based in the UK.

But it’s not just about what’s inside the bottle, it’s about the impact. By choosing Cambridge Juice Company, customers are supporting a low-food-mile business, reducing carbon footprints, and embracing a more sustainable way to enjoy great-tasting drinks. Wonky fruit that might otherwise go to waste is given new life in delicious juices, proving that nature’s best comes in all shapes and sizes.

MORE THAN JUST JUICE - A HUB FOR LOCAL GOODNESS

Beyond their own juices, Cambridge Juice Company stocks over 400 products from carefully selected suppliers, many of whom share their passion for quality and sustainability. Some of their standout partners include; Glebe Farm, locally grown, gluten-free oats and plantbased milk alternatives, Savoursmiths Crisps, luxuriously flavoured, locally made crisps in Duxford, Fairfield Farm Crisps, family-farmed, hand-cooked British crisps, and Breckland Orchard Pop sparkling drinks in Babraham.

From garden centres to high-street shops, their products can be found in restaurants, cafés, bars, and institutions across East Anglia. Some of the prestigious locations that stock Cambridge Juice Company’s drinks include the Cambridge Universities, Hot Numbers, Burylane and Kooky Nohmad.

A MILESTONE YEAR - WITH EVEN MORE TO COME.

This year, Cambridge Juice Company is proudly celebrating 25 years in business, a remarkable milestone that speaks to their commitment to quality, community, and sustainability. But they’re not stopping there! 2025 is set to be an exciting year of innovation, with new product launches on the horizon from the summer.

A LIVING TRIBUTE TO THOSE WHO FOUGHT FOR OUR TOMORROW

This year marks the 80th anniversary of VE Day, a powerful reminder of the triumph of resilience, courage, and unity. As we reflect on the sacrifices made to secure peace and freedom, there is no place more poignant to visit than the Imperial War Museum Duxford, a living tribute to those who fought for our future.

There is a moment, as you stand beneath the vast steel ribs of the hangars at Imperial War Museum Duxford, when history no longer feels like something confined to books or grainy black-and-white footage. It lives here. It breathes in the cold metal of the aircraft, in the echoes of hurried footsteps that once filled these spaces, in the weight of sacrifice that hangs in the air.

This is no ordinary museum. Duxford is a time capsule, a place where the past doesn’t just whisper… it roars. The sprawling airfield, once home to the Spitfires and Hurricanes of the Battle of Britain, is now a sanctuary of remembrance, where the stories of those who fought for our future are told with a clarity that stirs the soul.

WALKING IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF HEROES

The scale of Duxford’s exhibitions is breathtaking. As you step into the AirSpace hangar, you are dwarfed by the mighty silhouettes of aviation history; the Lancaster Bomber, the Concorde, the Vulcan. Yet, it is the smaller aircraft, the humble Spitfire, that holds the most emotion.

Here, standing beside one, you can almost hear the urgent calls from the command centre, the rush of boots on the tarmac, the engine’s furious roar as pilots scrambled to the skies. This is where men, barely more than boys, took to the air in fragile machines, knowing that they might never return, yet never hesitating to fight for the life and liberty of those they left behind.

Beyond the warbirds, the Battle of Britain exhibition immerses you in the reality of 1940. A recreation of a fighter command station, its desks covered in maps and radio logs, transports you to the very moments when Britain’s fate hung in the balance. You feel the tension of those inside, their voices crackling over the radio as they sent their squadrons into battle, knowing that each decision carried the weight of the future.

THE HUMAN COST OF WAR

Yet, amidst the grandeur of these machines, it is the personal stories that resonate the most. The letters home, the black-and-white photographs of grinning airmen, the flight suits still bearing the creases of those who wore them. These remind us that behind every aircraft was a man with dreams, with loved ones, with a life waiting to be lived, a life many never got to return to.

As you wander through the hangars, past the USAF exhibition, past the mighty B-17 Flying Fortress and the Cold War jets that followed, you are reminded that war was never just about the battles. It was about the people, those who fought, those who waited, and those who never came home.

A CHANCE TO FLY IN THEIR FOOTSTEPS

For those who truly want to step into the past, Spitfire flights from Duxford offer a once-in-a-lifetime experience (featured in our Bucket List Experiences article). To sit in the cockpit of one of these legendary fighters, to hear the growl of the Merlin engine as you soar above the very fields these heroes defended, is to touch history in the most powerful way possible.

Spitfire flying over Duxford courtesy of Aerial Collective & Jack Holt Photography

Duxford is more than a museum, it is a living, breathing tribute to those who gave everything so that we might have the life we know today. But as we walk through these halls, we cannot ignore the conflicts that still rage across the world. War is not a relic of the past, it is still a devastating reality for many.

The men who flew from Duxford, who fought against tyranny and oppression, did so with the hope of a better, more peaceful world. And yet, even today, we see the same struggles, the same suffering, the same echoes of division. As we remember their sacrifice, we

must ask ourselves, are we doing enough to honour their legacy? Are we building a world where peace prevails over conflict, where unity triumphs over division?

The stories of Duxford remind us that courage is not just found in battle, but in the choices we make to create a more cohesive, compassionate future. We owe it to those who gave their lives not just to remember, but to strive for the world they fought to protect, a world where hope, not war, shapes our tomorrow.

Lest we forget.

Bucket List Experiences

Seize Every Moment

Life is a gift, and it’s up to us how we choose to spend it. While some of us may dream of faraway places or exhilarating adventures, it’s important to remember that every person’s bucket list is different. For some, it may be a grand journey across continents, while for others, it’s about simple, everyday moments that are often overlooked in the hustle of life. The beauty of the bucket list lies not only in the monumental experiences but also in the small, meaningful ones that make life so rich. Whether it’s an unforgettable adventure or a quiet moment spent with loved ones, it’s about making the most of your time.

Here are seven ideas to inspire you, some grand, some small, each offering a chance to embrace today, shape tomorrow, and appreciate the moments that truly matter.

Fly a Spitfire at Duxford Airfield

For those looking to experience history from the sky, the chance to fly in a Spitfire at Imperial War Museum Duxford is a once-in-a-lifetime thrill. But beyond the adrenaline rush, this experience is a powerful reminder of the bravery that secured the world we live in today. It’s not just about the flight, it’s about acknowledging the sacrifices made to give us the freedom to live in the present.

Trip of a Lifetime with the People You Love

Not all bucket list moments need to be grand or extravagant. For many, an ideal bucket list experience is simply spending quality time with loved ones. Whether it’s a spontaneous holiday with the whole family or an unplanned weekend getaway with friends, it’s the time spent together, away from the demands of work and the everyday grind, that makes these moments so special. The destination doesn’t matter as much as the people you’re with.

For those seeking an adventure that combines history, culture, and natural beauty, trekking to Everest Base Camp is the ultimate challenge. Walking through the rugged beauty of the Himalayas, past ancient monasteries and breathtaking vistas, this journey is as much about self-discovery as it is about reaching your goal. It’s an experience that leaves a mark on your soul. 02.

It’s easy to get caught up in the idea that life’s most meaningful experiences require grand gestures or extravagant adventures. But the truth is, every moment is an opportunity to create something memorable. Whether you’re ticking off a bucket-list adventure like flying in a Spitfire or simply spending time with loved ones on an unplanned getaway, the moments that matter most are often the ones we don’t expect.

Take the time to appreciate the simple joys, cherish the quiet moments, and create memories that go beyond the big milestones. Life is too short to wait for tomorrow, seize today, and make the most of the time you have.

PASS IT ON: ACTIONS, WORDS, AND MINDSET MATTER.

When the world can feel a little divided and unsure, one thing is certain: our actions and words have power. Every choice we make, no matter how small, ripples out into the world and influences the lives of those around us. It's easy to become overwhelmed by the enormity of challenges we face, but the truth is that each of us has the ability to create change, big or small, simply by approaching life with intention and purpose.

The Power of a Positive Mindset

A positive mindset isn’t just about wearing a smile or thinking happy thoughts, it’s about developing a resilient, optimistic outlook that drives our decisions and actions. It’s the halffull approach: seeing life’s challenges as opportunities, viewing setbacks as stepping stones rather than obstacles, and believing that even in the darkest moments, there’s potential for growth and improvement.

Starting each day with a mindset rooted in possibility sets the tone for how we engage with the world. When we choose to focus on what we can do, instead of what we can’t, we begin to shape our reality in powerful ways. Imagine starting your morning with a thought like: “Today is another chance to make a difference, no matter how small.” This simple thought creates momentum, helping you approach every interaction, task, and moment with purpose.

How Our Actions

Live On

The beauty of positive change is that it doesn’t always need to be grand or immediately noticeable. Often, the smallest of actions, an encouraging word, a helping hand, or a smile, can have a ripple effect, touching lives in ways we may never fully understand.

Take, for example, the simple act of listening. In a world where distractions are constant, giving someone your full attention can be a profound act of kindness. By truly hearing someone, we validate their feelings, their struggles,

and their experiences. This seemingly small action can create a sense of connection and compassion that carries forward, influencing the way that person interacts with others.

Our words hold a similar power. Words can heal, inspire, and encourage. A kind word can turn someone’s day around, or spark motivation in a moment of doubt. On the other hand, harsh words can create lasting wounds. It's not always about what we say, but how we say it, and how we choose to communicate with those around us. When we use words to uplift, to celebrate, and to empower, we leave an indelible mark on the hearts of others.

Approaching Every Day with a Half-Full Mindset

While we can’t control every aspect of our lives, we do have control over how we respond to the world around us. A half-full approach means embracing life’s uncertainties with a sense of hope and possibility. It’s about making a conscious decision to find the good, to appreciate what we have, and to remain hopeful for the future.

Each morning, we have the opportunity to shift our mindset. Instead of focusing on what went wrong yesterday, we can focus on what we can do today. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by challenges, we can choose to see them as chances for growth. It’s about embracing gratitude for the things we sometimes take for granted, our health, relationships, opportunities, and choosing to face the day with a heart full of possibility.

Every Day is an Opportunity for Positive Change

When we approach each day with the belief that positive change is possible, it opens up opportunities to act in ways that make a real difference. The truth is, change doesn’t always have to be dramatic or world-altering. Sometimes, it’s the little things that matter most, the moments when we choose kindness over frustration, patience over impatience, and hope over despair.

In our personal lives, we can make a conscious effort to create environments that nurture positive energy. We can cultivate gratitude by acknowledging the good in our lives, no matter how small it may seem. We can practice self-care to ensure that we’re taking care of our own wellbeing so that we can show up as the best version of ourselves for others.

Our workplaces, communities, and families offer even more opportunities for positive change. By leading with empathy, being mindful of how we communicate, and offering support to others, we build a collective energy that nurtures growth and understanding. It’s the simple yet powerful actions of encouragement, patience, and compassion that build a positive culture wherever we are.

The Ripple Effect of Kindness

One of the most beautiful aspects of positive change is that it has a way of multiplying. When we act with kindness, those around us often feel inspired to do the same. This ripple effect can spread far beyond what we can see.

Imagine a day where everyone you encounter is greeted with warmth. A simple smile, a compliment, or a small gesture of kindness might lift someone's spirits, and in turn, they may pass on that energy to others. These seemingly small interactions accumulate, creating a web of positivity that can spread throughout communities, workplaces, and beyond.

Living with Purpose and Intention

At the heart of making positive change is the intention behind our actions. When we wake up each day with purpose and clarity, we create an environment where growth, connection, and kindness thrive. A half-full mindset isn’t just about seeing the glass as half full, it’s about approaching every day with the belief that we have the ability to shape our experiences, impact others, and contribute to a better tomorrow.

Each day offers a fresh start. Each action, each word, each interaction is an opportunity to leave a positive imprint. We can choose to look at life as an opportunity for growth, connection, and change. By focusing on the good, cultivating gratitude, and acting with intention, we create a life full of possibility, where our actions and words truly live on.

The world is full of challenges, but it’s also full of potential. Let’s approach each day with a halffull mindset, remembering that positive change begins with us. Whether through the way we speak, the way we act, or the way we engage with others, we can leave a lasting impact, one choice, one word, and one action at a time.

The roast was everything you’d hope for: generous portions, perfectly cooked meat, crisp roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and rich, velvety gravy. Alongside it, we tried the sea bass – a lighter option that was equally delicious, beautifully cooked, and full of fresh flavour.

The children’s menu didn’t disappoint either. Our younger ones chose between the roast and the cheeseburger – and our eldest son proudly declared his burger the best he’d ever had (and trust us, he’s had a fair few!).

More than just a meal, visit to Amélie is a brilliant family wrappeddayin excellent food and countrysidecharming surroundings.

The warm, welcoming service and relaxed ambience made the experience even more enjoyable, whether you’re there for a long, leisurely lunch or a quick bite with the family.

And why not make a day of it? After your meal, have a wander around the lovely shops at Ben’s Yard, enjoy a stroll along one of the nearby trails, or simply sit back with a coffee while the children burn off their energy at the impressive adventure playground. Inspired by Ely Cathedral, the wooden play structure is a hit with kids of all ages, offering hours of imaginative fun.

Amélie at Ben’s Yard is the kind of place you’d return to again and again, whether for a relaxed lunch, a cosy date, or a family treat. Next trip, we’re going back to try the famous flammekueche – or perhaps their afternoon tea, which sounds equally tempting. Amélie’s is more than just a place to eat – it’s a brilliant family day out wrapped up with excellent food and charming countryside surroundings.

GARDEN ARCHITECTURE

There’s something deeply satisfying about stepping into a garden that feels as considered as the interiors of a home. It’s a space that’s not just looked at, but lived in, a seamless extension of daily life, blending beauty with functionality.

Garden architecture has moved far beyond the idea of planting a few borders or placing a patio. Today, it’s about creating sculpted spaces designed for how we really live. That might be a formal courtyard with classical symmetry, a lush layered escape with winding paths, or a modern outdoor living area that blurs the lines between inside and out.

This evolution is part art, part engineering. The most successful garden spaces aren’t just visually stunning, they work. They encourage movement, reflection, play, hosting, or unwinding. They consider how sunlight travels through the day, how views unfold, how shelter can be created without compromise. And above all, they invite us to use our gardens more, every day and not just in the summer.

For many, a beautifully designed garden is more than a luxury, it’s a lifestyle choice where morning coffees are savoured, Sunday lunch spills outdoors, and where families gather under the open sky. Increasingly, it’s also where we work, create, exercise, and escape with garden rooms.

BLENDING BEAUTY WITH FUNCTIONALITY

Gone are the days of sheds used purely for storage. Garden rooms are now architecturally striking, highly insulated spaces that enhance both property value and daily life. Whether it’s a home office that offers tranquillity away from the main house, a gym that opens out onto nature, or a stylish studio space for art, music or retreat, they’re about adding both space and soul to your garden.

Chris White, Director of Inaspace "A garden room shouldn’t feel like a bolt-on. It should sit naturally within the wider garden design, as though it was always meant to be there. When thoughtfully placed and designed, it becomes more than a room. A place to think, work, entertain or simply breathe."

The materials, textures, planting and layout all contribute to how a garden makes us feel.

Structure is only part of the story. The materials, textures, planting and layout all contribute to how a garden makes us feel. Clean architectural lines might be softened by ornamental grasses, where bold paving might contrast against wildflower borders. Water features, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and lighting schemes all play their part in shaping, not just how a garden looks, but how it’s experienced.

Anthony Purdy, Founder of AP Design Studio "For us, it's about designing gardens that people fall in love with. We take time to understand

how a client wants to live, not just what they want to see. It’s about balance: proportion, movement, and moments of surprise. A truly bespoke garden becomes part of the story of the home, it evolves with you."

Whether you have acres to work with or a refined town garden, the possibilities are rich. Garden architecture allows us to reimagine the outdoors, not as a separate entity, but as a continuation of home. Somewhere between nature and structure, between simplicity and sophistication, lies the garden that works for you.

A Walk Through Time

As you make your way back along Melbourn Street towards the town centre, keep an eye out for some of Royston’s fascinating historic buildings and monuments.

A Tribute to the Fallen

A Royal Visit to the Police Station

On your left, you’ll come across the War Memorial, a poignant landmark dedicated to the brave servicemen from Royston who lost their lives in the First World War. Unveiled in 1922, this now-listed monument also bears the names of those who fell during the Second World War. It’s a touching reminder of the town’s history and the sacrifices made.

Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing, and you’ll spot the Police Station. Opened in 1991, this modern building had the honour of being inaugurated by none other than Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother.

Step Back in Time at Thurnall’s

A little further along, you’ll see Thurnall’s, an incredible Grade I listed building. Originally a 16th-century merchant’s house, it was given a stylish 18th-century facelift. But look closely, above the black door, you’ll notice the initials ‘JAB’, a tribute to J.A. Beldam, a key figure in the 19th-century fight against the slave trade. Inside, the building is a true gem, boasting intricate panelling, ornate fireplaces, and stunning painted ceilings.

A Historic Stay at Banyers Hotel

Continue your stroll, and you’ll find the charming Banyers Hotel. This elegant 18th-century building was once the home of Reverend Edward Banyer DD, who served as Vicar of Royston from 1739 to 1752. Today, it’s a welcoming spot to unwind and soak up the town’s rich history.

Opposite Church Lane, keep going along Melbourn Street until you reach the spot opposite Church Lane. Here, you’ll notice The Lanterns, a modern office block, but don’t let its exterior fool you. Step through the arch at the front, and you’ll spot the beautifully restored stables that once served the Banyers Hotel next door. These stables housed racehorses in the early 20th century, which were trained on the nearby Heath.

Just a little further is The Manor House, now a stylish bar and restaurant. It was once home to a branch of the Phillips brewing family. Behind the building, through the car park where the lawn once was, lies private access to Dog Kennel Lane. It’s believed this lane may have been a northern extension of Church Lane and has a rather regal past… it’s where King James I kept his hunting dogs.

Barbie Adolescence

NETFLIX / 1 SEASON / 4 EPISODE

It’s messy, exhilarating, and life-changing. This new hit series captures the highs and lows of growing up with raw authenticity, tackling identity, friendships, mental health, and self-acceptance. Unlike typical teen dramas, its filming style lingers on moments, holding firm on a scene, letting silence speak, and allowing emotions to breathe.

At its core, this show is about change, embracing it, fearing it, and growing through it. It reminds us to make the most of every moment. Parents will see reflections of their own youth, while younger viewers will feel less alone in their journey.

More than entertainment, it’s a conversation starter that stays with you long after the credits roll.

Greta Gerwig’s Barbie is far more than pink outfits and Malibu Dreamhouses It's a sharp, witty, and surprisingly powerful take on female identity and equality. With a very tongue-in-cheek tone, it tackles big themes without ever losing its playful charm. Margot Robbie shines as Barbie on a heartfelt journey of finding herself, while Ryan Gosling delivers another great performance as the hilariously simple yet charming Ken. Packed with great music, clever humour, and standout performances, Barbie is both a glittery spectacle and a meaningful message wrapped in one brilliant package.

REVOLUTION RECORDS RECOMMEND

Linkin Park’s latest album marks a powerful chapter of rebirth and resilience. After the devastating loss of frontman Chester Bennington, the band has emerged with a renewed sense of purpose, welcoming new members while honoring their legacy. The result is a hard-hitting nu-metal record that channels grief into strength, blending raw emotion with the aggressive sound fans have always loved. With pounding riffs, soaring choruses, and lyrics that speak to healing and transformation, Linkin Park proves they’re not just surviving… they’re evolving. This album is a testament to positive change through pain, and it absolutely delivers.

Cartoon Darkness is an album of defiance.  Amyl and The Sniffers charge headfirst, swinging wildly at anyone foolish enough to step in their way. It’s punk reinvented for the ‘20s. The Australian four-piece, led by Amy Taylor’s wild vocals, bring a reckless energy that recalls the Pistols with similar messages of their time swirling around the havoc.  Cartoon Darkness addresses themes such as misogyny, internet trolls and personal freedom with anthems of defiance and asserting women's autonomy.

The album – taking to one side the messages – is a stand alone incredible album. The band are exploring different influences from hardcore punk to classic rock, there’s even an acoustic track!  It is a breath of fresh air, proper musicians having a great time making a tremendous racket – try listening and keeping still!
